Thanks! So they have just one day for conversion – 31.12.2022?
"The lenders may convert their respective principal amount of the Loan to shares at a subscription price of NOK 1, subject to customary terms and conditions, from and including 31 December 2022. "
unjustifiably low course in my view! electricity prices in Italy are making records right now.
No volume and the price is record low! What’s happening? Are there any good perspectives?
Bad macro marked, mayby god time to entry or fill up
how low can the course go!? it’s absolutely out of sense: the production rises, the electricity prices are record high and the course only drops!
Bad market now, and aega owns 5.3% of the stock in Norsk solar (nsol), they lost some desent amount of investet capital there this year
I know about ownership in NSOL but do not consider it an important argument. The fall of NSOL is also unjustifiable.
How is that unjustifiable? They have solar parks in ukraine! Dont be ignorant.
Scatec has even more solar parks in Ukraine!
And how much is Scatec down this year…?
much less than AEGA plus Scatec is more dependent on Ukrainian solar parks than AEGA! AEGA itself has solar parks only in Italy where everything is stable and electricity prices are high.
Aega might be bought out by a bigger player, the prices for solar parks in italy have skyrocket lately. Aega is very cheap ATM
AEGA has quite a number of solar parks in Italy. The price of these solar parks as assets is not reflected in the share course. the share is undervalued.
How much you think. You have some pricetarget ?
Just look at the assets! according to this the price should be around 1,5 NOK. take also into account high production numbers and price for electricity and consider it yourself. the share price of AEGA is unjustifiably low!
Dear Hillside! What do you think about the cerrent price of AEGA? Why is it si ridiculously low? Has something happened meanwhile?
Probaly youst some stock owners selling for Tax reasons.
What is the deadline for selling for income tax purposes in Norway?
