Oslo Børs har besluttet å ta aksjene i Dolphin Drilling AS opp til handel.
Det er forventet at selskapet blir tatt opp til handel på Euronext Growth Oslo 28. oktober 2022.
Det skriver selskapet i en børsmelding onsdag.

Interessant topp 50 liste, er jo nesten bare store finans aktører.
Noen som har peiling på hvordan det går med arbaflame? De skulle vel starte opp med en testperiode i starten av 2022 i Romania. Jeg klarer ikke å finne noe informasjon på om de har starta og evt hvordan det går. Vil tro at om de får denne avtalen vil det være megabull for Carbon sin investering med tanke på at investeringen ble gjort før denne potensielle avtalen ble kjent.

Carbon Transition announces new Utsira multi-client late sale
Oslo, 22 December 2022
Carbon Transition is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a new USD 2.5 million (net to Carbon Transition) multi-client seismic data licensing contract with an existing customer. The agreement includes significant additional uplift revenues relating to set milestones. The uplifts will be recognized as late sales revenue when the milestones occur. Under the contract, the customer will license Carbon Transition’s Utsira multi-client survey in Norway.
Carbon Transition specializes in multi-client data for near-field exploration, where production infrastructure is in place and where E&P companies need high quality seismic data to unlock existing potential. In these areas, natural resources can be extracted at low cost and with low environmental impact and emissions.
The significant increase in oil and gas prices and the growing focus on energy security has solidified the expected value of Carbon Transition’s multi-client library.

En av CARBN’s porteføljeinvesteringer; British Volt er slått konkurs. Etter det jeg husker har vel CARBN investert rundt 15 mill NOK der. Så ikke all verden i størrelse på tapet (rundt 6 øre pr aksje), men likevel…
