Cyviz AS publishes its financial results for the first quarter of 2026. Q1
reflects a stable underlying business in defense and security-related verticals
across Europe and North America, and a geopolitically challenging market in the
Middle East.
Revenue reached NOK 107.5 million in the quarter, and order intake was NOK 99.3
million, reflecting continued demand for Cyviz’ solutions across key sectors and
geographies. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached NOK 66 million.
“We entered 2026 with continued execution on our strategic priorities. While
revenue in the quarter was impacted by lower activity in the Middle East,
activity remained solid in Europe and North America, with continued demand
particularly within defense and security-related segments. At the same time, we
are advancing our transition towards a more scalable, software-enabled business
model. With a solid backlog and a developing pipeline, we are well-positioned
going forward,” says Espen Gylvik, CEO of Cyviz.
Key highlights for Q1 2026

EBITDA of NOK -14.8 million, compared with NOK 1.2 million in 2025

Operating cash flow of NOK 5.3 million, compared to NOK -17.6 million in Q1
2025
Key wins included a NOK 20+ million contract with a Texas-based energy company
and NOK 15 million across three security-approved mobile control rooms for NATO.
The company also secured new orders from key accounts in Europe and North
America, as well as a strategic win for crisis meeting rooms in Saudi Arabia.
Cyviz expects continued activity across key sectors and regions, particularly
within defense and security-related markets. Increasing investments in defense
capabilities, especially in Europe and NATO countries, are expected to increase
demand.
Cyviz will continue to scale its software platform and partner ecosystem to grow
recurring revenue over time, while the transition towards a more scalable and
predictable business model remains gradual.
