deliver Cyviz’ technology and solutions at Microsoft’s new Envisioning Theatre
in Paris.

Since 2020 Cyviz has been actively involved in Microsoft’s “Lifecycle Refresh”
initiative, covering all Envisioning Theatres in Microsoft Technology Center
(MTC) locations worldwide. They have already deployed Cyviz’ technology to 26
centers, in addition to the Redmond Executive Briefing Center at Microsoft’s HQ.

“Cyviz and Microsoft have had a close collaboration over the course of several
years, where we have successfully delivered solutions to their Envisioning
Theatres worldwide. This proves Cyviz’s global recognition for our expertise,
highlighting our capacity to meet the expectations set by a key player like

Microsoft’s Envisioning Theaters serve as the central point for meetings and

The global leader in digital payments technology has chosen the Cyviz Easy

contract has an estimated value of over USD 700,000 and represents a strategic
expansion into a new industry.

Cyviz will deploy its solutions to enhance the selected areas, ensuring optimal

Cyviz AS kunngjør i dag sine finansielle resultater for fjerde kvartal 2023, med
en ordreinngang på 384 millioner kroner og EBITDA på 20 millioner kroner, en

Fjerde kvartal 2023 ble avsluttet med en betydelig økning i selskapets
ordreinngang, noe som resulterte i et rekordhøyt kvartal for Cyviz. Selskapet
sikret seg en rekke avtaler i sine fire regioner, deriblant en strategisk avtale
med Aker BP og nye avtaler med Microsoft.

“Fjerde kvartal markerer en viktig milepæl for Cyviz, med en eksepsjonell
ordreinngang, sterke inntekter og gode EBITDA-resultater. Disse prestasjonene
gjenspeiler vårt løfte om strategisk vekst og styrke til tross for

Nøkkeltall for 2023:

• EBITDA økte med 208 % fra 9 millioner kroner til 28 millioner kroner, og
  understreker selskapets driftseffektivitet.
• Ordreinngangen økte med 29% fra 589 millioner kroner til 757 millioner
  kroner, noe som indikerer sterk etterspørsel i markedet og Cyviz sin evne til
  å gripe nye muligheter.

Disse prestasjonene er et resultat av strategien som ble definert i forbindelse
med Cyviz sin børsnotering i 2020 og selskapets diversifiseringsstrategi lansert
i slutten av 2021. Strategien ble utformet for å utvide deres markeder og dempe
effektene av markedsendringer på tvers av regioner og bransjer.

I løpet av fjerde kvartal foretok Cyviz betydelige endringer i toppledelsen, med

millioner kroner til 443 millioner kroner, en økning på 62%, og legger dermed et
solid grunnlag for fortsatt lønnsom vekst. Selskapet fortsetter å fokusere på
sine strategiske mål, deriblant å øke gjentakende inntekter og opprettholde
lønnsomheten.

Cyviz gjentar sitt mål om en EBITDA-margin på 15-20%, noe som gjenspeiler deres
tro på vedvarende vekst og driftseffektivitet.

Cyviz AS publishes its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023 today,
with an order intake of NOK 384 million and EBITDA of NOK 20 million, up 169%
and 14% compared to Q4 2022 respectively.

The fourth quarter of 2023 concluded with a significant increase in order
intake, culminating in a record-breaking quarter for Cyviz. The company secured
numerous deals across its four regions, including a substantial strategic
agreement with Aker BP and new deals with Microsoft.

“The fourth quarter marks a significant milestone for Cyviz, with an exceptional
order intake and strong revenue and EBITDA performance. These achievements
reflect our commitment to strategic growth and strength despite industry
challenges,” says CEO Espen Gylvik at Cyviz.

Key highlights for 2023:

• Revenue grew by 21% from NOK 486 million to NOK 585 million, reflecting
  sustained growth throughout the year.
• EBITDA increased by 208% from NOK 9 million to NOK 28 million, underscoring
  the company’s operational efficiency.
• Order intake rose by 29% from NOK 589 million to NOK 757 million, indicating
  strong market demand and Cyviz’ ability to capture new opportunities.

These achievements are a result of the strategic plan initiated during Cyviz’
public listing in 2020 and the company’s diversification strategy launched in
late 2021. This strategy was designed to expand Cyviz’ market reach and mitigate
the impact of market changes across regions and industries.

During the fourth quarter, Cyviz AS made significant changes in top management,
appointing a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO),
and Chief People and Communications Officer (CPCO). The previous CTO remains in
the company, focusing on strategy and business development.

Outlook for 2024

Entering 2024, Cyviz’ order backlog has significantly increased from NOK 273
million to NOK 443 million, representing a growth of 62%, setting a solid
foundation for continued profitable growth. The company remains focused on its
strategic goals, including increasing the recurring revenue segment of its
business and maintaining profitability.

The company reiterates its medium-term target of 15-20% EBITDA margin,
reflecting its confidence in sustained growth and operational excellence.

Som en følge av det strategiske samarbeidet mellom partene, signerer
teknologileverandøren en 24-måneders rammeavtale for kjøp av standardiserte
styrerom- og møterom med Cyviz teknologi. Den første bestillingen har en
kontraktsverdi på 24 MNOK.

“Dette er en av Cyviz sine første kunder i Saudi-Arabia, og partnerskapet
understreker vår evne til å levere høyteknologiske løsninger for å styrke
samarbeid og innovasjon. Det gir oss en mulighet til å ytterligere etablere vår
posisjon som en ledende aktør innenfor samhandlingsteknologi i regionen”, sier
Espen Gylvik, CEO i Cyviz.

Kontrakten innebærer en opsjon på en 24-måneders kjøpsavtale, hvorav den første
bestillingen består av 20 møterom. Den strategiske satsingen kommer som følge av
et vellykket samarbeidsår med kunden.

Innstalleringen har en forventet ferdigstillelse innen utgangen av Q2 2025.

Following their strategic partnership, Cyviz signs a 24-month purchase frame
agreement to standardize Board Room and Meeting Room spaces with their
technology. The first order under this agreement has a contract value of USD 2.2
million.

“The client is one of Cyviz’ earliest customers in Saudi Arabia, and the
partnership underscores our commitment to delivering high-tech solutions to
empower collaboration and innovation. This is an opportunity for us to further
establish our presence as a leader in advanced collaborations within the

The contract includes an optional 24-month purchase agreement. The initial order
comprises 20 meeting rooms. This strategic move follows a successful year of
collaboration with the client.

The project will be installed by the end of Q2 2025.

Cyviz AS kunngjør i dag sine finansielle resultater for første kvartal 2024.

Selskapet tilnærmet doblet EBITDA-resultatet til 5,2 millioner kroner i første
kvartal, og genererte en fri kontantstrøm på 24 millioner kroner.

Omsetningen var på NOK 106,6 millioner, ned fra NOK 137 millioner forrige år,
men forsendelse av varer med høyere margin økte bruttomarginen med NOK 5,9
millioner. Effekten med lavere inntekter og høyere margin er midlertidig, og er
relatert til større prosjekter med inntekter og kostnader fordeles over flere
kvartaler.

Ordreinngangen var på NOK 91,4 millioner, en nedgang fra første kvartal i fjor.
Dette er i tråd med forventningene grunnet spesielt høyt ordreinntak i fjorårets
siste kvartal. Med en ordrereserve på NOK 428 millioner, opp fra NOK 302
millioner i tilsvarende periode i fjor, og en sterk pipeline for 2024, er Cyviz
godt posisjonert for fortsatt lønnsom vekst.

«Vårt fokus på lønnsom vekst og positiv kontantstrøm begynner å gi resultater.
Våre ordrereserve, pipeline, strategiske initiativer og fokus på
driftsforbedringer indikerer en god positiv utvikling for 2024», sier Espen
Gylvik, CEO i Cyviz.

Cyviz har et mål om en EBITDA-margin på 15-20% på mellomlang sikt.

Cyviz AS today announces its financial results for the first quarter of 2024.

The company nearly doubled its EBITDA result to NOK 5.2 million in the first
quarter and generated a free cash flow of NOK 24 million. Revenues were NOK
106.6 million, down from NOK 137 million last year, more than offset by the
shipment of higher-margin goods which increased the gross margin by NOK 5.9
million. This lower-revenue, higher-margin effect is temporary and tied to
larger projects with revenue and costs spread over multiple periods.

Order intake was NOK 91.4 million, a decrease from the first quarter in 2023,
aligning with expectations due to a particularly high order intake in Q4-23.
With an order backlog of NOK 428 million, an increase from NOK 302 million in Q1
2023, and a strong pipeline for 2024, Cyviz is well-positioned for continued
profitable growth.

“Our focus on profitable growth and positive cash flow is starting to prove
results. Our backlog, pipeline, strategic initiatives, and focus on operational
efficiencies indicate a positive development for 2024.”, says Espen Gylvik, CEO
of Cyviz.

Cyviz has a medium-term target of a 15-20% EBITDA margin.

Since 2020, Cyviz has been working with Microsoft to upgrade its portfolio of
Envisioning Theaters. The Envisioning Theaters are in their global Technology
Center and Executive Briefing Center locations and are the centerpiece of all
Microsoft customer engagements.

Cyviz has executed an Addendum to the existing Master Supplier Services
Agreement with Microsoft, extending the Outsourced Services Statement of Work by
24 months. This extension provides a roadmap for completing their Global

The upgrades will start immediately, with all installations and upgrades
expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
