DNO also announced the acquisition from Orlen of a 20 percent interest in
license PL1135, which contains the Cassio prospect, as well as a 0.8272 percent
interest in the Verdande field.

“As we continue to highgrade our North Sea portfolio, our focus is on increasing
near-term cash flow with less spend and more barrels more quickly,” said DNO
Executive Chairman Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani. “Ekofisk PPF covers redevelopment of
older, shut-in fields with expected production start in 2029 and while the
project fits other companies’ portfolios, we have chosen to deploy our share of
the significant capital expenditure necessary in ways that play to our
strengths, namely exploration and rapid-fire development of our existing
discoveries,” he added.

DNO will retain its 7.604 percent in PL018 containing the producing fields
Ekofisk, Eldfisk and Embla as well as a share in the Tor Unit.

The acquisition of additional interests in Verdande brings DNO’s total interest
in the Verdande Unit containing five licenses to 14.8251 percent, including 3.5
percent from the recently announced asset swap with Aker BP. Verdande, located
in the Norne area, is currently in advanced development and scheduled to start
production later this year.

Cassio is located directly north of DNO-operated PL1086 (50 percent interest),
which includes the Othello discovery. An exploration well on Cassio is expected
in late 2026.

Drilling will restart at the flagship license next week following a two-and-a-
half-year spending hiatus with the spud of a new production well targeting the
shallow Jeribe reservoir in the Tawke field. Two rigs, the “DQE-51” and the DNO-
owned “Sindy”, have been mobilized to drill eight wells on the license through
2026 as the Company targets a 25 percent increase in gross operated production
to 100,000 barrels of oil per day. The Tawke license contains the Tawke and
Peshkabir fields, two of the region’s largest operated by an international oil
company.

“Despite halting new drilling following the 2023 export pipeline closure and the
drop in revenues, we are still pumping an impressive 80,000 barrels of oil per
day with continuous, low-cost tweaks to the wells,” said Executive Chairman

The agreement with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., covering around half of
DNO’s North Sea oil output, has a tenor of two years and a related revolving
credit facility of up to USD 185 million. The agreement with Shell Trading and
Shipping Company Limited (STASCO), covering the other half of the output, has an
initial tenor of one year and a related prepayment facility with a European bank
of up to USD 225 million.

“The offtake agreements with Exxon Mobil and Shell unlock considerable
financing at very attractive rates, creating opportunities for continued growth
in nervous markets,” said DNO’s Executive Chairman Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani. “The
terms are favorable, flexible and felicitous,” he added.

Combined with the gas offtake agreement with France’s ENGIE SA announced in
July, DNO has now put into place financing facilities of up to USD 910 million

Norway’s Awards in Predefined Areas (APA) 2025 licensing round.

Of the 17 new licenses, 15 are in the North Sea and two in the Norwegian Sea.

“We are pleased once again to be among the top recipients in the APA round with
the award of significant interests in high-quality acreage, including
operatorships, in DNO core areas. Our teams are chomping at the bit to capture
new discoveries and push them to production rapidly,” said DNO Executive
Chairman Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani.

Over the last three years, DNO has logged a commercial success rate of over 50
percent in its exploration program in Norway with 12 discoveries out of 22 wells
drilled. DNO has four field developments underway in Norway, and has just
launched a fast-track project to develop its 2025 Kjøttkake discovery targeting
first oil in early 2028. Three other development projects are slated for
approval this year.

DNO’s share of oil from the Tawke license during the quarter was sold to local
buyers. All payments were made to the Company in advance of oil deliveries.

In the fourth quarter, DNO paid a dividend of NOK 0.375 per share (totaling USD
35.8 million), which represents NOK 1.50 per share on an annualized basis. DNO
also paid taxes totaling USD 96.5 million in Norway related to installments for
estimated taxable profit for 2025 and final tax assessment for 2024.

North Sea exploration

DNO participated in three exploration wells on the Norwegian Continental Shelf
in the quarter. The Page well in PL1086 (50 percent operated interest) was
spudded on 1 September, completed on 23 November, and was classified as dry with
hydrocarbon shows. The Tyrihans Øst well in PL1121 (30 percent) was spudded on
16 September and completed on 22 December, while Camilla Nord in Vega Unit (5.5
percent) was spudded on 11 October and completed on 23 November. These two wells
discovered 1-8 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMboe) and 2.2-4.7 MMboe,
respectively, and are potential tie-back candidates to existing infrastructure.

operations also more than doubled to USD 929 million, while operating profit
increased to USD 513 million. Net profit stood at negative USD 25 million after
deducting income tax and net financial expenses. A major milestone reached late
last year was 500 million barrels produced from the Tawke license in the
Kurdistan region of Iraq.

Net production in 2025 rose 43 percent year-on-year to 110,700 barrels of oil
equivalent per day (boepd), the highest in the Company’s 54-year history, split
between the North Sea (54,800 boepd), Kurdistan (52,600 boepd) and West Africa
(3,300 boepd). The figures picked up in the fourth quarter with net production
of 88,300 boepd in the North Sea and 58,000 boepd in Kurdistan.

After a 30-month investment hiatus in Kurdistan, which was triggered by the
closure of the export pipeline to the Mediterranean, DNO has restarted drilling
with a two-rig, eight-well program on the Tawke license to increase production
and add to existing reserves. A third rig was signed up in January to drill
additional wells in the flagship license, solidifying DNO’s position as by far
the most active international operator in the region.

To ensure predictable cash to support its ongoing spend, DNO continues to sell
its oil on a cash-and-carry basis under existing contracts with local buyers at
a price in the low USD 30s but aims to access export markets or export prices
later in the year.

In the North Sea, too, the Company is on a fast-track trajectory to grow its
enlarged portfolio. With the recent startup of Andvare and Verdande, DNO holds
stakes in 30 producing North Sea fields, four ongoing field developments and
another four scheduled for approval this year, as well as a dozen other
discoveries across 130 licenses. In January, DNO was awarded another 17
licenses, of which four operated, in Norway, where the Company remains among the
most active explorers with an eight-well exploration program this year.

“Given geopolitical convulsions, the oil market will swing between nervous and
frisky in 2026,” said Executive Chairman Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani, adding that
“DNO does not do nervous, but it does do frisky.” Mr. Mossavar-Rahmani continued
that “with more stable cash generation from the addition of high-margin assets
in the North Sea and a significant line of credit available from offtake
agreements, we can pounce when attractive acquisition opportunities appear.”

Planned operational spend on the existing portfolio will be USD 1,650 million in
2026, up from USD 1,550 million in 2025 (pro forma, including Sval Energi
throughout 2025), with most of the increase driven by the drilling restart in
Kurdistan. The Company projects 2026 net production to climb 10 percent from
136,000 boepd (pro forma, including Sval Energi throughout the year) to 150,000
boepd in 2026, split between the North Sea at 82,000 boepd, Kurdistan at 65,000
boepd and West Africa at 3,000 boepd.

DNO paid USD 130 million in dividends to its shareholders in 2025. The Board of
Directors yesterday authorized a dividend of NOK 0.375 per share payable in
February, maintaining the quarterly distribution at the same level as last
quarter.

follows other recent transactions designed to increase near- to medium-term
production and cash flow.

Under the agreement, DNO will acquire a 19 percent interest in Atlantis and a
10 percent interest in Afrodite, two gas condensate discoveries near the
Kvitebjørn field. All three assets continue to be operated by Equinor. DNO
already holds a 19 percent interest in Kvitebjørn and 30 percent interest in the
nearby Carmen discovery and is expanding its footprint in this new core area.

to DNO. Afrodite, like Atlantis and Carmen, is a candidate for tie-back to
Kvitebjørn. An appraisal well will be drilled on each of Afrodite and Carmen in
2026.

The Company will transfer its interests in Røver, Mistral, Tyrihans East and
Bergknapp, as well as the Sjørøver exploration license, to Equinor. These
assets, all but one operated by Equinor, are outside DNO’s core areas and
currently face longer appraisal and development timelines.

Over the past three years, DNO has logged a commercial success rate of over 50
percent in its offshore Norway exploration program with 12 discoveries out of
22 wells drilled. The Company has four field developments underway in Norway,
and has just launched a fast-track project to develop its 2025 Kjøttkake
discovery targeting first oil in early 2028. Three other development projects
are slated for approval this year.

At yearend 2025, DNO held 129 offshore licenses in Norway.
