DOF Subsea, a subsidiary of DOF ASA, has successfully provided IMR vessel, ROV,
AUV, Project Management, Engineering services including on and offshore
professional personnel to execute various work scopes supporting construction
and IMR activities on the Chevron-operated Gorgon and Wheatstone Projects and
other assets since February 2015.

This long-term contract has created training, employment and supply chain
opportunities in regional communities and businesses. The contract extension
will allow DOF Subsea to continue to offer opportunities in the future.

The Atlantic region has recently been awarded three new contracts in the North
Sea.

The first of these contracts will see DOF Subsea undertake a workscope in the
Norwegian North Sea involving subsea construction support and pre-commissioning
operations from the Geosund during December 2018.

In addition, the company has been awarded a contract for the initial phase of a
decommissioning programme in the central North Sea for a UK Operator. Under this
contract DOF Subsea will provide construction support services for activities
relating to the permanent disconnection and removal of an FPSO. The project
scope will again be undertaken from the Geosund in Q2 2019.

The third contract award is from one of DOF Subsea’s repeat Frame Agreement
clients in the Norwegian CS, who have awarded DOF Subsea a subsea IMR and
intervention scope. This work is scheduled to start in Q2, 2019.

The Skandi Neptune has already commenced operation in Guyana for survey work and
planning a second campaign within 2019 for Field Development Construction
Support activities. In addition, the DOF group is secured award for two PSVs,
the Skandi Foula and Skandi Buchan, and both vessels will join the Skandi
Neptune in the second quarter of 2019 carrying pipe and subsea hardware to the
main installation vessels. The forecast assets utilization is estimated close to
650 vessel days plus options.

Geoholm has commenced preparation in Singapore for marine and ROV operation in
the Red Sea offshore Saudi Arabia for more than 700 vessel day campaign in
support of a 3D Ocean bottom node survey projects.

Finally, the Skandi Caledonia is secured a short-term contract in the
Mediterranean with start-up in March 2019

These collectively contract awards provide approximately NOK 425 Million in
additional backlog to the DOF Group of which 62% in 2019.

Skandi Olinda has state-of-the-art pipelay and marine technology. She has a 340
-ton Vertical Lay System (VLS) tower capacity*, a 2,500-ton underdeck carousel,
and two work-class ROVs**, allowing her to lay flexible pipes in water depths up
to 2,500 meters. She was built by Vard Promar Brazilian yard, where her sister
ship, Skandi Recife, was also constructed.

Under the DOF/TechnipFMC joint venture agreement, TechnipFMC will manage
flexible pipelay, and DOF will be responsible for marine operations.

DOF Subsea CEO, Mons S. Aase, said: “The extensive newbuild program of 4 PLSVs

organizations. Taking final delivery of Skandi Olinda and commencing the

adjusted for hedge accounting is NOK 546 million (NOK 649 million) and the
operating profit (EBIT) is NOK -186 million (NOK -15 million), of which
depreciation and impairment totals NOK 679 million (NOK 625 million). YTD
Revenue totals NOK 6,938 million (NOK 7,376 million) and Ebitda totals NOK 2,066
million (NOK 2,287 million) and YTD Ebit totals NOK 89 million (NOK -180
million).

The average utilisation of the Group’s fleet during the 4th quarter was 72%; 69%
for the subsea fleet, 65% for the AHTS fleet and 87% for the PSV fleet.

The market has improved for the North Sea PSV fleet, and the utilisation and
earnings have been variable for the AHTS fleet and the subsea IRM fleet. Solid
uptime on the PLSVs operating on long term contracts in Brazil.

The Group’s backlog by February 2019 is NOK 21 billion.

DOF Subsea completed a new 5-year unsecured bond of NOK 900 million in November.

The Group has by January 2019 completed its newbuilding program after delivery
of DOFCON’s newbuild, Skandi Olinda (PLSV). The vessel was on-hire on its 8-year
contract with Petrobras in February.

be equipped with two state of the art work class ROVs owned and operated by DOF

All three contracts are expected to commence in 2nd quarter 2019. Estimated
total firm contract value is NOK 1,3 billion.

Skandi Olympia (built 2009) has been on charter with Fugro since her delivery in
2009. She was redelivered from Fugro by the end of 2018 and been idle in Norway
since. Skandi Commander (built 2007) completed a RSV contract with Petrobras in
November 2018 and is now working on a 60 days contract with Total in Brazil.
Skandi Chieftain (built 2005) worked the 2018 season in Canada and has been idle
in St. Johns since November 2018. Before moving to Canada Skandi Chieftain
worked on a long-term RSV contract Brazil.

DOF Subsea, a subsidiary of DOF ASA has been awarded various contracts, securing
utilisation for vessels in the Subsea IMR Projects segment:

The Atlantic region has been awarded a contract by the Norwegian Mapping
Authority regarding Hydrographic services for the MAREANO 2019 program. The
specialised survey and IMR vessel Geograph will be deployed on the project that
is expected to last until late fall.

DOF Subsea has also been awarded a contract by Siemens on the Beatrice Offshore
Wind Farm Project in the North Sea. The contract will utilise the CSV Skandi
Constructor and ensures deployment for the vessel until the summer.

In addition, DOF Subsea has been awarded several contracts in the Asia Pacific
region, the Brazil region and the North American region, utilising the regions’
vessels and equipment.

Adding these new contracts to the previously announced awards gives DOF Subsea
an order intake of more than NOK 1 billion in the Subsea/IMR Project segment
during the first two months of 2019, securing utilisation for several vessels
and ROV systems.
