Frontline Ltd. (“Frontline”) refers to its announcements on May 28, 2022 and June 10, 2022 regarding private acquisitions of Euronav shares in exchange for Frontline shares.
The increases in share capital through issue of new Frontline shares as settlement of the share loans with Hemen Holding Ltd. as described in the announcements have now been registered and Frontline has a registered share capital of USD 222,622,889, divided into 222,622,889 ordinary shares, each with a par value of USD 1.00.
