Jebsentiltaket så jeg på som helt nøytralt, men kombinert med dette er det om ikke annet åpenbart at de ønsker å rigge geskjeften mer fleksibel iht. både indeksbytte og/eller oppkjøp.

Funcom forklarer bakgrunnen i explanatory notes. De ønsker å flytte selskapet til et annet land.
The main purpose of the Conversion is to structurally reflect the diversified operational presence (in particular in terms of offices and employees) of the Funcom group in different European countries, and to potentially take advantage of the flexibility such a conversion offers, including but not limited to moving the converted Company to another European state. Furthermore, Funcom wishes to improve the unified corporate identity, the employee and other stakeholder’s identification, and to enhances the supra national nature and image of the Funcom group.

Kan være for å flytte selskapet til Norge? Rui snakket om at den innfløkte selskapsstrukturer var det eneste som stod igjen av oppryddingen etter Funcom 1.0

Kan være Portugal fort blir et alternativ for Funcom også. Det står EU-land, er da Norge inkludert gjennom EØS-avtalen eller faller de bort?
Må være et EU land. Altså utenfor Norge.

Member State er jo også helt klart, et medlemsland.
Ser ut som at Norge er tilknyttet gjennom EØS-avtalen.

Vi snakket om dette på møtet hos funcom. De ønsket å rydde helt opp. Men Funcom Nederland var topselskapet så det var litt vanskelig.
tydelgivis er det funnet en løsning og da blir nok Funcom flagget hjem til norge.
