In the Financial Statements for the Group - note 20 on page 181 and for the
Parent Company - note 16 on page 225, the financial covenant for leverage is
stated as net interest-bearing debt/EBITDA of maximum 3.5x, where the level of
3.5x is not correct.

The correct text should read: As of 31 December 2024, financial covenants
related to equity ratio of minimum 30% and leverage (net interest-bearing debt /
EBITDA) were in compliance with comfortable headroom.

Hexagon Digital Wave enters into exclusive long-term agreement with a premier U.S. Oilfield Services company to provide requalification services of their gas transportation fleet

26 August 2025: Hexagon Digital Wave, a subsidiary of Hexagon Composites, has entered into a long-term agreement (LTA) with a premier U.S. Oilfield Services company, to provide exclusive requalification services to their fleet of virtual pipeline trailers. The LTA runs through the end of 2027.

Hexagon Digital Wave utilizes its proprietary Modal Acoustic Emission (MAE) technology to perform in-situ requalification of virtual pipeline trailers. MAE is the most accurate method for the inspection of composite cylinders, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance for gas transportation.

About the market

The growing demand for alternative fuels has led to a significant increase in compressed gas transport. This is driving fleet owners to seek a safe and efficient method for requalification of composite tube trailers, such as virtual pipeline and Mobile Pipeline® modules, required by regulation every five years in North America.

MAE is a non-invasive testing technology that reduces trailer downtime for requalification while simultaneously providing enhanced information about the structural integrity of the composite laminate that cannot be obtained by the legacy method of hydrostatic testing. Hexagon Digital Wave has pioneered MAE technology and completed the requalification of over 800 composite gas distribution trailers across North America.

Program (LTIP) to align the interests of the participating employees with those
of the Company’s shareholders. Each vested RSU will give the holder the right to
receive one share in the Company at an exercise price corresponding to the par
value of the shares being NOK 0.10. The total program ended at 155,941 RSUs of
which 13,502 RSUs have been awarded to primary insiders.

The transaction is settled in treasury shares. Following the transaction, the
Company holds 2,317,163 treasury shares. Further details of the primary
insider’s transaction pursuant to the market abuse regulation article 19 is
attached.

million). These orders are for fuel systems installations in trucks powered by
Cummins’ X15N natural gas engine, designed specifically for the North American
heavy-duty truck market.

This latest batch of orders have come from over 10 leading Class 8 fleets in the
United States and Canada, and span multiple industries, including logistics,
food & beverage, oil & gas, and construction companies.

“Even in a challenging freight environment, we’re seeing broad uptake from
across North America as fleets look to transition from diesel to natural gas,”
Eric Bippus, Chief Commercial Officer at Hexagon Agility. “Adoption is gaining
traction across industries, driven by the new 15L natural gas engine’s diesel
-like performance and the immediate fuel cost savings and emissions reductions
of natural gas and renewable natural gas.”

The North American truck market

Approximately 300,000 heavy-duty trucks are sold annually in the North American
market. Previously, 100,000 of these trucks made up the addressable market for
natural gas solutions. Now with the Cummins X15N natural gas engine there are
natural gas trucks today that are well-suited for every operational, haul and
load requirement a fleet may have, adding 200,000 heavy-duty trucks to the
addressable market for CNG/RNG annually.

With power ratings up to 500 hp (~370 kW) and torque up to 1850 lb.-ft (~2500
Nm), the new 15L engine meets the needs of long haul/heavy load demands for high
horsepower and offers a range of up to 1,200 miles (2,000 km), matching the
capabilities of diesel.

Natural gas trucking is supported by a robust network of over 1,600 public and
private CNG/RNG fueling stations across key transport corridors in North
America.

With the launch of Cummins’ X15N engine, natural gas trucks are now able to go
head-to-head with diesel on range, performance and drivability.

Through these strategic relationships, Pioneer CFS will simplify the transition
to natural gas by delivering leasing packages that include complete natural gas
trucks, fuel and service. This is the industry’s most comprehensive and
competitive leasing solution for natural gas trucks, enabling fleets to
effectively incorporate natural gas trucks into their operations.

A collective effort to drive adoption of natural gas trucks
