Huddly AS - Trading Update

Oslo, 15 January 2026 - End of year trading update: Huddly estimates a revenue for 2025 in the range of NOK 210-215 million. This represents a 41-45 % year on year growth, mainly driven by increased revenue from Strategic partners. Channel revenue accounts for approximately 65–70 % of total revenue for the year, while Strategic partner revenue makes up the remaining 30–35 %.

Strategic partner revenue continues to grow strongly. However, 2025 revenue was lower than the financial target due to weaker channel market conditions in North America in Q4 2025, caused by delays in the approval of federal budgets in the US and Canada.

The estimated gross margin for 2025 is 45-50 %, in line with the financial target. The additional financial targets in the business plan, as communicated to the market on 21 August 2025, remain unchanged, including reaching cash flow positive in 2026.
