For lite oms, så desse må jo selges utenfor børs, mon tro hvem kjøperen er ?
Aksjene selges ikke, men lånes ut, utlåner må melde, menst innlåner ikke har meldeplikt.
Det er jo ikke oms som tilsvarer volumene som Kølle reduserer med.
Noen som har tanker rundt det ?
Du mener Kølla bare låner ut til noen som shorter?

ti 21.06.2016 08.21) , da eg stilte spørsmål om inn/ utlån og hva som er meldepliktig :
« Når det gjelder flagging av lån er det kun innlåner som flagger, ikke utlåner. Dersom du ønsker å lære mer om dette, anbefaler jeg å lese Finanstilsynets rundskriv 28/2011 hvor dette er beskrevet i detalj. Flaggeplikten, vphl. §4-3, er beskrevet i kapittel 13»
Så det vil jo si at teorien min ikke holder vann, utlåner skal ikke melde, menst innlåner skal melde dersom grenser krysses.
Dvs at Kølle selger, men eg kan ikke klare å se det igjen i omsetningen ?

Men det gikk jo 4.5mill aksjer i går og det er rett over 10% av aksjene i hugo.

Jo, men den første meldingen, der har han da bare solgt litt og litt over tid, før han da har krysset grensen ?
Har ikke lagt merke til noe volum tidligere, men så følger eg ikke tett hver dag heller
Nei det har vært lite volum over lang tid og kun det ene krysset ( som jeg har fått med meg ). Det kan jo være de har rotet litt med meldingene også
