Group

Q1 revenues increased by +9.3% (+10.4%) to MNOK 604.6 (MNOK 553.0[1]). Like-for
-like sales increased by +7.3% (+9.3%)[3].

Online sales accounted for 11.3% (14.1%[3]) of total revenues in the quarter.

Segment Kid Interior

Q1 revenues increased by +12.5% (+13.6%) to MNOK 366.8 (MNOK 326.1). Like-for
-like sales increased by +10.7% (+10.3%). Online sales decreased by -0.3%
(+84.3%).

Five stores were refurbished during the quarter. No stores were closed or
opened. The total number of physical stores at the end of the quarter was 153
(148). The number of shopping days in the quarter was 76 (76).

On average, 39 stores were temporarily closed from 22 January to 31 March 2021
due to governmental COVID-19 restrictions.

Segment Hemtex

Q1 revenues increased by +4.8% (+6.4%) to MSEK 251.1 (MSEK 239.6). Like-for-like
sales increased by +2.0% (+7.8%). Online sales decreased by -16.4% (+106.2%).

Two stores were closed, one store was refurbished and three stores were
relocated during the quarter. No stores were opened. The total number of
physical stores at the end of the quarter was 130 (129). The number of shopping
days in the quarter was 89 (89).

Five stores were temporarily closed in Estonia from 11 March to 31 March 2021
due to governmental COVID-19 restrictions.

The quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 will be announced on 19 May
2022 at CET 07:30.

 Group revenues increased by 9.3% to MNOK 604.6 with a like-for-like sales increase of 7.3% calculated on a constant currency basis and including online sales
 Gross margin increased by 0.2 percentage points to 61.2% despite increased freight costs and costs of raw material
 EBITDA decreased by MNOK 2.3 to MNOK 110.4 due to less Covid-19 cost reductions effects and higher operating expenses
 OPEX-to-sales excluding Covid-19 effects remained stable at 55.5% (55.6%)
 Group revenues in constant currency were up by +14.4% in April and up by +10.6% year-to-date per April.

“We are satisfied with our first quarter results. New products and categories remain a significant growth driver, in addition to refurbishing, relocating and expanding our physical stores”, says CEO Anders Fjeld.

Q2 revenues increased by +8.8% (+3.9%) to MNOK 730.1 (MNOK 676.3[1]). Like-for
-like sales increased by +5.6% (+2.9%)[2].

Online sales accounted for 10.7% (11.3%[3]) of total revenues in the quarter.

For the first six months of 2022, group revenues increased by +9.1% (+6.8%[3])
to MNOK 1,334.7 (MNOK 1,246.1). Like-for-like sales increased by +6.3%
(+5.7%)[2].

Segment Kid Interior
Q2 revenues increased by +8.9% (+1.7%) to MNOK 455.5 (MNOK 418.4). Like-for-like
sales increased by +5.8% (-0.9%). Online sales increased by +8.4% (+23.2%).

For the first six months of 2022, revenues increased by +10.5% to MNOK 822.3
(MNOK 744.4). Like-for-like sales increased by +7.9% (+3.7%). Online sales
increased by +4.5% (45.0%).

Three stores were refurbished, one store was relocated and two stores were
opened during the quarter. There were no closed stores. The total number of
physical stores at the end of the quarter was 155 (149). The number of shopping
days in the quarter was 72 (71).

On average, 44 stores were temporarily closed from 1 April to 6 May 2021 due to
governmental COVID-19 restrictions.

Segment Hemtex
Q2 revenues increased by +8.8% (+7.7%) to MSEK 282.6 (MSEK 259.8). Like-for-like
sales increased by +5.2% (+9.8%). Online sales increased by +3.6% (+5.5%).

For the first six months of 2022, revenues increased by +6.9% to MSEK 533.7
(MSEK 499.4). Like-for-like sales increased by +3.7% (+8.8%). Online sales
decreased by -7.6% (+45.3%).

One store was closed, two stores were refurbished, and one store was relocated
during the quarter. No stores were opened. The total number of physical stores
at the end of the quarter was 129 (130). The number of shopping days in the
quarter was 90 (90).

Five stores were temporarily closed in Estonia from 1 April to 3 May 2021 due to
governmental COVID-19 restrictions.

Q3 revenues increased by +0.5% (+3.6%) to MNOK 734.7 (MNOK 731.3[1]). Like-for
-like sales decreased by -0.4%[2] (+0.1%).

Online sales accounted for 10.2% (7.4%[2]) of total revenues in the quarter.

For the first nine months of 2022, group revenues increased by +5.8% (+5.6%) to
MNOK 2,069.4 (MNOK 1,955.1[3]). Like-for-like sales increased by +3.9%[2]
(+3.5%).

Segment Kid Interior

Q3 revenues increased by +1.4% (-3.9%) to MNOK 457.9 (MNOK 451.7). Like-for-like
sales decreased by -1.0% (-7.1%). Online sales increased by +37.0% (+7.2%).

For the first nine months of 2022, revenues increased by +7.0% to MNOK 1,280.2
(MNOK 1,196.1). Like-for-like sales increased by +4.6% (-0.6%). Online sales
increased by +13.2% (+32.5%).

Two stores were relocated during the quarter. There were no opened, closed or
refurbished stores. The total number of physical stores at the end of the
quarter was 155 (149). The number of shopping days in the quarter was 79 (79).

Segment Hemtex

Q3 revenues decreased by -1.0% (+17.4%) to MSEK 292.3 (MSEK 295.2). Like-for
-like sales increased by +0.8% (+14.6%). Online sales increased by +41.7%
(+18.4%).

For the first nine months of 2022, revenues increased by +3.9% to MSEK 825.9
(MSEK 794.6). Like-for-like sales increased by +2.7% (+10.9%). Online sales
increased by +5.5% (+37.0%).

One store was closed, two stores were relocated, and one store was refurbished
during the quarter. No stores were opened. The total number of physical stores
at the end of the quarter was 128 (132). The number of shopping days in the
quarter was 92 (92).

cost. Overseas freight cost expressed as percentage of cost of goods sold was
21.7% in Q3 2022, up from 10.9% in Q3 2021.

Our price model has not sufficiently taken into consideration the volatility in
fright cost and consequently not been reflected in increased sales prices. The
reported gross margin was 55.5% in Q3 2022, down from 61.4% in Q3 last year.

The higher freight cost is also expected to negatively impact the gross margin
for Q4 2022 and into 2023.

With freight spot rates currently decreasing combined with actions to secure
normalized margins for future purchases, we expect a gradual gross margin
improvement during 2023.

Our Financial Objective; stable gross margin in line with the past 10 years,
remains unchanged for 2023.

Management will elaborate on this topic during the upcoming presentation on
Tuesday 8 November 2022.
