GROUP

Q3 revenues increased by +12.1% (+0.5%) to MNOK 830.9 (MNOK 741.3[1]). Like-for
-like sales increased by +12.9%[2] (-0.4%).

Online sales accounted for 11.7% (10.3%[2]) of total revenues in the quarter.

For the first nine months of 2023, group revenues increased by +3.1% (+5.8%) to
MNOK 2,160.4 (MNOK 2,096.4[3]). Like-for-like sales increased by +3.4%[2]
(+3.9%).

SEGMENT KID INTERIOR

Q3 revenues increased by +13.1% (+1.4%) to MNOK 517.8 (MNOK 457.9). Like-for
-like sales increased by +12.7% (-1.0%). Online sales increased by +45.5%
(+37.0%).

For the first nine months of 2023, revenues increased by +5.8%

(+7.0%) to MNOK 1,354.4 (MNOK 1,280.2). Like-for-like sales increased by +4.8%
(+4.6%). Online sales increased by +26.8% (+13.2%).

One store was refurbished during the quarter. There were no new, closed or
relocated stores. The total number of physical stores at the end of the quarter
was 156 (155). The number of shopping days in the quarter was 79 (79).

SEGMENT HEMTEX

Q3 revenues increased by +10.5% (-1.0%) to MSEK 323.0 (MSEK 292.3). Like-for
-like sales increased by +13.3% (+0.8%). Online sales increased by +11.2%
(+41.7%).

For the first nine months of 2023, revenues decreased by -1.3% (+3.9%) to MSEK
815.6 (MSEK 825.9). Like-for-like sales increased by +1.0% (+2.7%). Online sales
unchanged by +0.0% (+5.5%).

One store was refurbished and three stores were relocated. There were no new or
closed stores during the quarter. The total number of physical stores at the end
of the quarter was 128 (128). The number of shopping days in the quarter was 92
(92).

The quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 will be announced 9 November
2023 at CET 07:30.

Key financial highlights

· Group revenues increased by 13.1%, driven by both footfall and basket size
across all markets.
· Revenue from the Extended assortment was MNOK 16.6 in the quarter. Based on
the successful concept launch, we will increase the number of Extended stores
from 5 to 10 in Norway and launch 3 new Extended stores in Sweden during 2024
and 2025.
· Gross margin increased by 6.6 percentage points to 62.1%.
· Strong cost control.
· EBITDA increased by MNOK 98.6 to MNOK 241.4, a new all-time high for Q3.
· Record high cash flow from operations, due to increased profit and a
constant working capital.

Q4 revenues increased by +10.2% (+2.1%) to MNOK 1,253.2 (MNOK 1,136.7[1]). Like
-for-like sales increased by +9.3%[2] (+1.8%).

Online sales accounted for 12.8% (11.0%[2]) of total revenues in the quarter.

For the fiscal year 2023, group revenues increased by +5.5% (+4.5%) to MNOK
3,413.6 (MNOK 3,234.1[3]). Like-for-like sales increased by +5.5%[2] (+3.1%).

SEGMENT KID INTERIOR

Q4 revenues increased by +9.3% (+2.3%) to MNOK 768.5 (MNOK 703.4). Like-for-like
sales increased by +8.5% (+0.9%). Online sales increased by +28.4% (+24.1%).

For the fiscal year 2023, revenues increased by +7.0%

(+5.3%) to MNOK 2,122.9 (MNOK 1,983.6). Like-for-like sales increased by +6.1%
(+3.2%). Online sales increased by +27.4% (+17.0%).

One store was opened during the quarter. There were three refurbished and one
relocated store. The total number of physical stores at the end of the quarter
was 157 (156). The number of shopping days in the quarter was 79 (81).

SEGMENT HEMTEX

Q4 revenues increased by +11.9% (+1.7%) to MSEK 477.1 (MSEK 426.5). Like-for
-like sales increased by +10.7% (+3.5%). Online sales increased by +24.8%
(+11.0%).

For the fiscal year 2023, revenues increased by +3.2% (+3.2%) to MSEK 1,292.7
(MSEK 1,252.5). Like-for-like sales increased by +4.4% (+2.8%). Online sales
increased by +8.4% (+7.3%).

There were two new stores during the quarter. One store was refurbished and
three stores were relocated. There were no closed stores. The total number of
physical stores at the end of the quarter was 130 (130). The number of shopping
days in the quarter was 91 (91).

KEY FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:

· All-time high revenues and EBITDA in Q4.
· Group revenues increased by 13.0% to MNOK 1,253.2, representing second
consecutive quarter of double-digit growth.
· New products and categories remain a significant growth driver. Revenues
from Extended assortment was MNOK 14.6 in the quarter.
· Gross margin increased by 6.5 percentage points to 63.4%.
· Operating expenses relative to sales (excl. IFRS 16) in Q4 was 36.7%
(36.7%).
· EBITDA increased by MNOK 123.1 to MNOK 419.9.
· Record high cash flow from operations due to increased profit and
historically low net working capital.
· Full-year EPS of NOK 7.72 (NOK 6.13).
· The Board will propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend payment of
NOK 3.50 payable in May 2024. Together with the prepayment of NOK 2.75 from
November 2023, total dividend of NOK 6.25 represents 81% of the net profit for
2023.
