Participants in the share purchase program were offered a discount of 20 percent
on the average closing price through the subscription period. Hence the
subscription price after discount was NOK 5.51.

In connection with the program, the Company has transferred 486,050 of its
shares held in treasury to employees participating in the program. Following the
transaction, NRC owns 255,256 treasury shares.

The following primary insiders have purchased shares: Anders Gustafsson, CEO,
has purchased 11,611 shares in the program. Following the purchase Mr.
Gustafsson owns 453,135 shares in the Company.

Åsgeir Nord, CFO, has purchased 11,611 shares in the program. Following the
purchase Mr. Nord owns 146,705 shares in the Company.
