PLT) announced that its tunable optics technology was on display at the SHARP
Tech-Day '23 (SHARP Tech-Day | Sharp Coporation) event, held November 10-12 in
Toyko, Japan, highlighting the exceptional image quality that replicates the
human eye. Under the theme of “Be a Game Changer - Game-changing technologies
transforming our future”, Sharp introduced innovative technologies including
poLight TLens® incorporated into augmented reality smart glasses. Featuring
ultra-high speed autofocus
capabilities (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUcK_Rb2xCs) and real-world mixed
reality passthrough, SHARP stated the TLens®-enabled “ultra-compact camera
instantly captures the line of sight and the vision beyond.”
