Scatec ASA: New CFO granted share options

18mrd i gjeld. 308mill foreslås i utbytte. Minus 417 mill i Q4. Finnes det lyspunkter i det hele tatt?

nei, ikke som jeg kan se

Is it possible that the price will go up when the EX-dato date approaches?

Hvorfor?

may be investors would like to get 2NOK per share in dividends?

In April 2022, Scatec and its partners refinanced the non-recourse project debt for six solar power plants in Egypt, with a total capacity of 380 megawatts (MW), through the issuance of a 19-year USD 334.5 million non-recourse Green Project Bond. :white_check_mark:

The refinancing provided increased leverage, extended tenor, and reduced interest costs, improving Scatec’s and its project partner’s future cash distributions from the power plants. For more details, read the press release here: http://bit.ly/42kGjHJ

In addition, Scatec reached financial close of the three Kenhardt projects in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa under the Risk Mitigation Independent Power Producer Procurement (RMIPPP) programme in July 2022. :bank:

Once operational the project will have a total solar capacity of 540 MW and battery storage capacity of 225MW/1,140MWh, and provide 150 MW of dispatchable power under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement to the region – in a country that is currently suffering from power shortages: http://bit.ly/3mWn2fs
