Kristiansand, 17 December 2025: Reference is made to Euronext Oslo Børs’ decision on 27 November 2025 to admit Sea1 Offshore Inc. (“Sea1” or the “Company”) to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo through a transfer from Euronext Oslo Børs (the “Admission”), as well as the Company’s stock exchange notice on 12 December 2025 with minutes from the extraordinary general meeting approving the amendment of the Company’s articles of association.
