Grant of subscription rights

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA (“Thinfilm”) resolved on 16 August 2018 to grant a total of 7,650,000 incentive subscription rights (“SRs”) to 30 new employees of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm’s 2018 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm’s Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2018.

The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.91 per share. The vesting schedule for the subscription rights is 25 per cent each year beginning one year from the Vesting Commencement date, 15 July 2018. The SRs expire on 3 May 2023.

Following the grant there are 75,388,576 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.

received 2,000,000 subscription rights (“SRs”) under Thinfilm’s 2018
Subscription Rights Incentive Plan. Following the transaction, Mr. Marino and
close associates hold or control 0 shares and 2,000,000 SRs in Thinfilm.

_Thinfilm la før børsåpning fredag frem sitt kvartalsresultat, som viste krympende underskudd og omsetning. _
_Seks minutter inn i børsdagen har aksjen en nedgang på hele 21,66 prosent. _
Selskapets totale inntekter gikk kraftig ned i andre kvartal, fra 2,3 millioner dollar (19,4 millioner kroner) i fjor til 808.000 dollar (7,4 millioner kroner) i år.
Selskapet har også sendt ut en børsmelding om at de den 16. august har gitt 7,65 millioner tegningsretter til 30 nye ansatte i selskapet. 25 prosent av tegningsrettene kan innløses hvert år fra og med juli 2019.
