FIVEPG: 01-2019 5th Planet Games Focuses Development Resources at Newly Established Berlin and Rocklin Studios

COPENHAGEN, January 29th, 2019: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: FIVEPG) has decided
to close its studio in Leamington and make significant layoffs in the Nottingham
studio. As a result, 18 employees working in the U.K. have been dismissed.
The closing of the Leamington studio and layoffs in Nottingham are a result of
strategic decisions made by the company management, 5th Planet Games CEO Henrik
Nielsen explains.
We have not seen the expected success in our U.K. studios and therefore believe
its the right time to reshuffle the cards and focus the resources on our new
studios in Berlin and Rocklin where things are really moving, says Henrik
Nielsen.
The new Berlin studio is headed by gaming industry veteran Moritz Voss, who is a
former technology lead at the renowned developer King and who recently joined
5th Planet Games. He has unique access to gaming community talent in the German
capital and has so far recruited 11 top class gaming experts to work on upcoming
games.
The plan is to create a highly focused team in Berlin who will develop some of
our most exciting upcoming games, says Henrik Nielsen. Presently, the Berlin
team is to be responsible for developing new puzzle-type games such as the
upcoming Adventures of Tintin Match 3 game and the further development of
the Kings of Soccer game.
5th Planet Games has also hired three more developers at its studio in Rocklin
which is developing the sequel to the highly successful game Dawn of the
Dragons. The Rocklin studio now consists of 18 dedicated employees.
Our studios in Berlin and Rocklin are extremely active right now with the
development of both The Adventures of Tintin puzzle game and Dawn of the
Dragons 2 gaining momentum, says Henrik Nielsen. Thats also why we have been
adding new personnel at both locations. The studio in Nottingham is now solely
focused on developing Doodle Jump Space Chase which is presently in soft
launch in Canada.
The creation of new studios gives 5th Planet Games unprecedented access to
gaming community talent and that will ensure that the company will get the most
of its several unique cooperation agreements with owners of some of the worlds
strongest brands.
The management of 5th Planet Games is prepared to take further consequential
decisions in the process of making sure that the company delivers on the
promises made to the shareholders.

Så de skal prøve seg på ny strategi tilsvarende SF ( og THQ ). Med tanke på hva de har fått til de siste årene så har jeg ikke den store troen på de. Uansett en fin måte å komme med et varsel om emisjon

03-2019 5th Planet Games Secures 42 Million NOK in Strategic Financing from Formue Nord
COPENHAGEN, March 11th, 2019: 5th Planet Games A/S (OMX: FIVEPG) has signed a Letter of Intent with Formue Nord, securing 5th Planet Games a strategic pool of financing needed for executing on the new strategy of strategic acquisitions, as previously communicated in last week?s announcement 02-2019. The new option provided by Formue Nord provides 5th Planet Games with the option to draw up to 42 million NOK to execute this new strategy. The amount is distributed into 12 equal tranches of which the first 4 tranches are mandatory. The 12 tranches can be drawn over the course of the coming 48 months and each tranche will be constructed as interest free convertible bonds. 5th Planet Games CEO Henrik Nielsen is extremely pleased with the agreement because it gives the company room to maneuver.
