09-2020 5th Planet Games - Conversion of convertible notes
COPENHAGEN, February 11, 2020: 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: FIVEPG) has received a
loan conversion notice from Formue Nord Fokus A/S requesting the conversion of
total NOK 300,000 into shares of the outstanding NOK 7,932,000 convertibles
notes issued in accordance with the Credit Facility agreement entered into with
Formue Nord Fokus A/S on May 24, 2019 (see announcement 3/2019 and 15/2019).

Following the loan conversion, Formue Nord Fokus A/S has been granted 1.026.904
shares at the conversion price of NOK 0.29 incl. a 10% discount. The granted
shares have been provided by one major shareholder in the company and no new
shares nor voting rights have therefore been issued at present. The shares will
however be issued at a later stage.

The total outstanding convertible notes amount to NOK 7,632,000.

Makes sense…

Some differences between the launch of tintin and the launch of DoD 2:

  1. The game works and is enjoyable
  2. Two large youtube channels have already made a video of the game (one with 205.000 subscribers and one with 10.500 subscribers) within 24 hours of the launch. For DoD it were channels with 300 subscribers that discussed the game.
  3. No message of 5pg. A large announcement usually meant that the game was bad (in the case of 5pg. The soft launch has not been discussed yet in an announcement, despite its importance for the company.
  4. It has not been launched in a hurry
  5. It will generate revenue…?

Et adventure spill hadde nok passet bedre ja.

Ipen kan lokke en del flere som uten IP i ryggen ikke ville ha prøvd det. Så må spillet være bra nok til at de blir og at det brukes penger i spillet. Usikker på om dette blir noe suksess. Knalltøft marked. Det trengs generelt mye penger til markedsføring, noe selskapet ikke har. De er litt avhengig av at det går viralt eller at spillet er kjempebra.

For what it is worth; I checked some Belgian, Dutch and French forums (I do speak Dutch and French fluently) forums, and Tintin fans are angry because the game is not available in Belgium and France; the countries were the character is most popular. Tintin is incredibly popular in especially the French-speaking world… and people are paying a crazy amount of money for collectibles of tintin.

i do not know if it was already mentioned: The html5 version of DoD 1 will not be made. Fivepg has halted development last week (https://www.dawnofthedragons.com/forums/forums/showthread.php?53967-Thank-You). So all the games acquired during the acquisition of 5pg are discontinued now… only the name remains…

10-2020 5th Planet Games issue 150.000 warrants to the new chairman of Board of Directors and announce that 4.819.591 warrants have gone back to the company
COPENHAGEN, February 18th, 2020: 5th Planet Games (OMX: FIVEPG) announces the
granting of 150.000 warrants at a fair market value of 39.229 DKK
(Black-Scholes) to the Company’s new chairman of the Board of Directors Caspar
Rose.
The warrants are granted under the warrant program covered by the authority
pursuant to section 2.2 of 5th Planet Games’ Articles of Association adopted at
5th Planet Games’ General Meeting on October 30th, 2017.

In the period of July 1st, 2019 to February 1st, 2020 a total of 646.556
allocated warrants have been cancelled and 4.173.035 have expired.

Net this means that 4.669.591 warrants have gone back to the company.

Should be fun to be a board member for Fivepg… all of your warrants just expire :smiley:

:smiley: they are also immune for delivering games according to a schedule :wink: . Apparently this may have something to do with the fact that people in affected areas are quarantined. One of the things these people do is downloading and playing games…

This month: soft launch of doodle jump adventure to be expected this month. In between some minor updates and launches. Things will get interesting from May on: Soft launch of vikings and especially June: Tintin and Doodle jump launch worldwide and the new Nyah Huston slot game! So three full launches before the hollidays (if everything moves forward as expected).

Edit: Does anybody know why there is such a high volume in this stock?
