Aega Q1, 2024

In the first quarter of 2024 Aega ASA delivered revenues of EURt 693 (Q1 2023: EURt 722). EBITDA was positive at EURt 313 (Q1 2023: EURt 303).

“Q1 production was in line with expectations for the quarter, however slightly lower than the previous year due to weather conditions. All our assets have been in operation and producing steady and in line with expectations. We have allocated resources and effort to new development projects through the winter and have developed a portfolio of projects that can be executed” Aega CEO Skaset wraps up.

Aega Q1, 2024

I første kvartal 2024 leverte Aega ASA inntekter på EURt 693 (Q1 2023: EURt 722). EBITDA var positiv med EURt 313 (Q1 2023: EURt 303).

"Produksjonen i 1. kvartal var i tråd med forventningene for kvartalet, dog noe lavere enn året før på grunn av værforholdene. Alle våre kraftverk har vært i drift og produsert jevnt og i tråd med forventningene. Vi har allokert ressurser og innsats til nye utviklingsprosjekter gjennom vinteren og har nå en stor portefølje av prosjekter som er klare for videre bearbeidelse» sier Aega’s konsernsjef Nils P. Skaset.

Aega ASA’s (the “Company”) annual general meeting resolved on 31 May 2024 to reduce the Company’s share capital by NOK 11,895,991.5 by reduction of the par value of the Company’s shares from NOK 1 to NOK 0.5.

The six-week creditor deadline following registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises has expired, and the share capital reduction has been completed in accordance with the general meeting’s resolution.

Following the share capital reduction, the share capital of the Company is NOK 11,895,991.5 divided into 23,791,983, each with a par value of NOK 0.5.
