I think it’s all clear now – the course will plunge on Monday! My mum always used to tell me: “you are my Soros” 
the plunging continues! how deep can the course fall? what are the solar park operation agreements + NSOL shares worth? Not much I would guess.
Hard to say target mcap now. This might be a play to sell the park portfolio
The park portfolio is in AS! ASA owns ONLY a couple of shares in NSOL! That’s it.
How much more can it fall? May be it’s a good entry point?

No we are stuck, illiquid assets
Why did they do this to us? What’s the plan?
Because now we dont have so much voting rights, and they can sell the parks dirt cheap to another firm with side deals that benefits the board members. They get shares in the buyers firm
How come we have less voting rights in AS if the shares in AS were transferred from ASA to us!?
whereas for an AS, the company’s board has influence on whether a shareholder can sell his shares.
We (as shareholders) can change the board.
I still do not have AS shares on my securities account (should have 65 500 bit still none)! Does anybody know what’s the matter? Does anybody already have AS shares on securities account?
