"I am pleased that Archer continue to deliver strong operational results, also
in Q1 2021. We continue to expand our service offering within brownfield
operation, driving improvements in our profitability while securing our
liquidity position.

Archer has so far in 2021 successfully secured a backlog of NOK 3.5 billion for
execution over the next 5 years in our wireline division. The contract awards
create scale and gives us a unique opportunity to further develop our
“OneArcher” operating model and create value for our customers. The recently
announced acquisition of DeepWell builds on the strength of our Well Services
division within brownfield and safe plugging and abandonment of wells. The
strategic acquisition is accretive both to Archer’s NIBD / EBITDA ratio and EV /
EBITDA ratio."

Presentasjonen i dag var ryddig og god. Selskapet har god kontroll på utgiftene og guider solid inntektsauke utover året og inn i neste år. Inntekter fra dei nye Wireline-kontraktane vil komme fra mai 2021 og ein vil i tillegg få inntekter frå modulriggane som begge er i arbeid i løpet av året. Selskapet har ein del gjeld, men ingen store forfall før i 2023. Innan den tid er eg rimeleg overbevist om at kontantstrømmen i selskapet er god nok til at gjelda vil bli betjent på ein god måte.

Kontrakten med Pan American Energy som eg trudde gjekk ut 10.mai går først ut ved månadskifte mai/juni. På presentasjonen i dag fekk me stadfesta at forhandlingar pågår og at det vil komma ei avklaring før utgongen av mai, så dette er vel den første kortsiktige triggeren me veit om i dag. Personleg vert eg veldig forundra om ikkje kontrakten anten vert vidareført (opsjon) eller at me får ein ny og lengre kontrakt.

Argentina satsar store summar på å bli sjølvforsynt med naturgass og på sikt ein større eksportør, og då skulle ein tru at ein av dei største aktørane i landet treng utstyr og “know how” til å få utført nettopp dette.

-Ville Place, 4[th] Floor, 14 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton Bermuda. The audited
consolidated financial statements for the Company for the year ended December
31, 2020 were presented to the Meeting.

In addition, the following resolutions were passed:
     To set the maximum number of Directors to be not more than eight.
    To resolve that vacancies in the number of Directors be designated as
casual vacancies and that the Board of Directors be authorised to fill such
vacancies as and when it deems fit.
    To re-elect Giovanni Dell'Orto as a Director of the Company.
    To re-elect Peter Sharpe as a Director of the Company.

acquisition was conditional on obtaining necessary regulatory approval. Such
approval was granted today by the Norwegian Competition Authority.

American") has provided a two year extension notification for Archer’s drilling,
workover and pulling services contract for Pan American’s Cerro Dragon field in
the Golfo San Jorge basin in southern Argentina. Pan American has the
flexibility to adjust the level of activity up or down over the contract term.
The total estimated value of the contract extension, based on current activity
level, is expected to be USD 200 million, subject to actual activity level,
services provided, and final contract terms which are to be negotiated.

Dag Skindlo, CEO of Archer, commented, “Pan American is a leading player in the
oil and gas industry in Argentina and this contract extension reflects their
confidence in Archer’s ability to deliver safe and cost-effective operations in
Argentina.”

Dag Skindlo, CEO of Archer, comments:

"We grew our EBITDA on the back of increased activity in both Eastern and
Western Hemisphere in the quarter and report positive net income, despite the
continued difficult Covid-19 situation and financial distress in Argentina.

Our Wireline division experiences a sharp increase in activity as they commenced
the new integrated wireline contract with Equinor, secured a five-year frame
agreement with ConocoPhillips and completed the acquisition of DeepWell in the
second quarter. Through these events, we have established Archer as the market
leader for mechanical wireline and wireline intervention services on the
Norwegian Continental Shelf. We see promising results already and look forward
to growing our wireline division further going forward.

Archer believe in always being highly service-oriented and work integrated with
our customers, which have enabled us to gain market share and deliver measurable
efficiencies to our customers. In the quarter we secured $325 million of
backlog in Wireline, Oiltools and Land Drilling. We believe these contract
