Dette er vel foreløpig kun 6 pasienter uten kontrollgruppe.
Men det er jo positivt, og svekker absolutt ikke troen på at Circios data kommer til å vise at deres circRNA fungerer i humane T-celler

Ikke mye hype før esgct. Lave forventninger til hva som skal presenteres?
Folk venter på sam arb avtaler med cash fremover, holder ikke i lengre tid med bare 20-40-200x forbedring, det må begynne materialiseres i mer enn bare det, mine tanker ihvertfall.
Kursen er Jo allerede hypet fra før
Kurs er ikke hypet, men den ligger i solsenga og akkumulerer energi til neste kvantesprang

Kursen kunne vel oppriktig talt stått i både 20 og 30 kroner, hva priser man et plattform selskap innen gen terapi til da? Med 800 mill i kapital til å utvikle og som er verdens ledende i sitt felt…
Inntil videre tenker jeg kurs 20-30NOK ville vært litt i overkant. Personlig tenker jeg at neste hopp/kvantesprang trenger, som påpekt over, noe nytt og litt mer fundamentalt.
Alle nye data, kommende esgtc inkl, er veldig viktig, men på et tidspunkt trenger nok markedet litt mer enn bare det.

Time moves quickly - especially in biotech. Just six months after the previous Cell and Gene Meeting, Circio Holding ASA presented new data at the Cell and Gene Meeting on the Mesa in Phoenix, where it was once again well received:
- Advancing the next-generation CircVec 5.0 expression cassette.
- Demonstrating the benefits of CircVec expression in the heart with a therapeutic payload.
- Delivering 10–60-fold superior performance across different regions of the central nervous system (CNS).
We were proud to see that our data drew interest from both experts in the field and a wider audience following advances in biological research.

Syns det er større enn som så, proof of concept med tanke på at pasientene hadde effekt I opptil 6mnd på en dose!
Forskjellen er såklart syntetisk Crna men det styrker hvertfall min tro på at circio vil klare å vise gode effekter i de kommende sykdomsmodellene.

Ja, som nevnt er dette klart positivt. Øker sannsynligheten for at circVec-plattformen vil vise seg å være like god i menneske som i musemodellene.
(Har ikke hatt grunn til å tro noe annet, men vi vil jo helst ha data som bekrefter før vi tar helt av)
Kanskje han også nevner humane celler i presentasjonen på onsdag…

CircVec progress ahead of key milestones
We expect preclinical readouts to provide further validation of circVec’s therapeutic
potential. Following the 2026 capital raises, we believe Circio is well funded to advance
its circVec and in vivo CAR-T programmes, with upcoming data potentially supporting
future commercial partnerships. Due to it being in preclinical stage, we continue to have
no recommendation or target price on Circio.
External validation and next-generation circVec. In-vivo results from the fully funded CNS
gene therapy collaboration with a top-five global pharmaceutical company are expected during
H2 2026–H1 2027. Circio also plans to complete and implement its fifth-generation circVec
technology during this period.
Progress in in-vivo CAR-T. Circio expects to select its preferred vector and delivery
technologies during H2 2026–H1 2027, an important step towards establishing a complete
circVec-based in vivo cell therapy concept.
Disease model data will be key. Circio expects its first AAV-circVec data from a relevant in
vivo disease model during H2 2026–H1 2027. The results should provide further insight into
whether the higher gene expression demonstrated with circVec translates into therapeutic
benefits.
Key milestones ahead. Circio will present its in vivo cell therapy technology at European
Society of Gene and Cell Therapy on 28 October 2026. Beyond this, we consider diseasemodel data and results from the pharmaceutical collaboration the most important near-term
milestones, potentially providing further technology validation and supporting future partnering
opportunities.

- United Immunity and Circio has initiated a collaboration in the area of in vivo cell therapy
- Circio´s circVec circular RNA expression system will be tested together with United´s P-LNP delivery technology targeting myeloid cells, such as macrophages and dendritic cells
- The aim of the collaboration is to assess whether circVec can prolong gene expression and be deployed to enhance United´s CAR-M in vivo therapies
Blir interessant å følge United Immunity frem mot BIO-Europe i Köln 9.–11. november. De skal presentere fremdrift på in vivo CAR-makrofager og LNP-teknologien sin.
Ingen bekreftede nye resultater fra samarbeidet foreløpig, men hvis de begynner å se tydelig effekt her, kan det bli spennende for CRNA.
