NTG skal cashe inn for pref aksjene. Selskapet kommer ikke til å bli solgt for en sum stor nok til at de med ordinære aksjer får noe. Presset på kursen nå ned mot null kan også være bestilt av de som skal kjøpe selskapet så en lav sum plutselig virker ganske ok opp mot OTC kurs. Men mest sannsynlig er det de som innser at ordinære aksjer blir verdiløse som selger.
De på topp 50 listen som ikke ble med på pref aksje emisjonen kommer til å tape hele investeringen sin. Her også. Egentlig ganske sinnsykt i en tid der det faktisk skjer mye positivt. Men så lenge NTG styrer så blir det salg av selskapet bare for å redde likviditeten hos Rinnan & co

CondAlign has initiated an application period for a convertible loan to raise a minimum of NOK 6,000,000. The convertible loan can be converted into existing preference shares at a conversion price of NOK 8.00 per preference share. The transaction is directed at 1) existing shareholders in the Company as of 15 October 2024, as registered in the VPS on 17 October 2024, in reliance on applicable prospectus exemptions who have not expressly informed the Company that they will not subscribe for the convertible loan (“Tranche 1”); and 2) an institutional offering directed towards qualified investors in accordance with applicable prospectus exemptions (“Tranche 2”) expired at 17:00 hours CET on 1 November 2024.
The minimum amount of NOK 6,000,000 have been met within the end of the subscription period, but the board of directors of CondAlign have resolved to extend the application period until 16:00 hours CET on 8 November 2024 to further increase the amount.|

We are excited that the research project “Integrated Convergent Technology for Precision Human Tissue and Disease Modeling” has been funded by The Research Council Of Norway. The project is led by Joel Glover in collaboration with partners from Det medisinske fakultet UiO, SINTEF, 𝐎𝐔𝐒, Biogen, and the Hjernerådet - (Norwegian Brain Council) as well as CondAlign AS.
This project aims to combine innovations in micro- and nanotechnology to create an integrated technology platform for studying diseases in cells, including ALS.
Within the project, CondAlign AS’s unique bonding technology enables the integration of components and materials that are difficult to contact with traditional approaches.

Spennende å se om vi får høre noe om TIM og samarbeidet med Saint Gobain snart. Skulle lanseres i Q4 som vi snart er halveis i.

Hvor lenge holder 10 MNOK med dagens cash burn?
Med samme cashburn som i q1 holder det i ca 4mnd. Så kan det jo hende at de så smått begynner å få litt inntekter.

Nå handler det bare om de klarer å få solgt selskapet. I Crayonano havarerte samtalene de hadde med såkalte tunge industrielle aktører. Vi får håpe det blir annerledes her. Casen er jo sterkere her, hvis man måler det i det som er produktet nå og hvor de er i løypa. Alle som går inn i emien nå gjør det jo bare for å cashe inn ved salg av selskapet. Gambling, men sjansen er vel ganske bra her.
Det jeg ikke liker er hvor god forhandlingssituasjon interessentene sitter i. NTG skal jo selge og er villig til å selge ganske billig for å komme seg ut av likviditetsskvisen de er i
Forventer de er solgt før mars. Er vel kommet godt i gang med due diligence med potensielle kjøpere nå vil jeg tro.
Hvis jeg har regnet riktig går de første 178mill ved et eventuelt salg til preferanseaksjene + ca 5mill i gjeld så de vanlige aksjene er verdiløse ved salg under ~185 mill.
