ContextVision AB (publ) develops and sells image analysis and artificial intelligence (AI) based software products for original equipment manufacturers worldwide. The company also offers GOPVIEW XR2PLUS for x-ray digital enhancement; GOPView XR2-T Tuning Family, a tuning interface for digital X-ray; GOPView Vet, an image enhancement software for veterinary radiography; and GOPView iRVUltra, an image enhancing technology for interventional radiology. In addition, it provides GOPVIEW MAMMO3, an image processing software for screening and diagnostic examinations in digital mammography; and GOPView MRI2Plus, an image enhancement software for magnetic resonance imaging.

The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Anbefaler alle å ta en titt på Context Vision. Leverte nettopp knalltall, annualiserer vi resultatet fra Q1 trader de på en P/E på 23, som ikke er høyt for et vekstselskap. Sammenlikn med Medistim, som handles til en P/E på 45.

Veldig god info i denne vidoen, sjekk spesielt guidingen fra ca 10:00. De guider en enorm vekst innen digital patologi som er et nytt satsningsområde.

Tror Context Vision kan bli verdt 10 mrd innen 3-4 år.

Her er analytikerestimater, men de er ikke oppdatert etter gårsdagens resultat. Oppgraderinger kan komme. Analytikeren forventer at COV tjener 15 SEK på aksje i 2022:

Største ulempen for meg hitill har vært liten omsetning av aksjen, men det har bedret seg betraktelig denne uka. Håper flere oppdager selskapet og da øker handelen i aksjen.
I Cov slipper man å tenke på emisjoner selv om de har stort vekstpotensial.
Cov reinvesterer mye penger i forsking. De tjener godt idagens marked i Medical Imaging (ultralyd 2D/3D, XR, MRI).
Digial Patohology nærmer seg lansering, imminent Lykkes de her vil de vokse mye de neste årene.

Monsun AS, controlled by Magne Jordanger, member of the board of ContextVision,
has on April 28, 2020 purchased 2000 shares in ContextVision AB at an average
price of NOK 120 per share. After the transaction, Monsun AS holds a total of
2 300 000 shares in ContextVision AB which is maximum holding without obligation
to launch a bid according to Swedish law.

Kan forøvrig nevne at Sparebanken Markets har sluppet en ny analyse av COV der de øker kursmålet fra kr. 100,- til kr. 160,-.
Det vi forundre meg om ikke Norne snart oppjusterer kursmålet på COV etter at de helt uforklarlig nedjusterte kursen fra 150 til 120 og deretter oppjusterte til 130. Vil anbefale alle å ta en titt på hjemmesiden til COV, der ligger alle analyser fra Norne og tidligere presentasjoner mm.

The ContextVision AB:s Profit Sharing Foundation has sold 30,500 shares on April
28, at an average price of 120 NOK/share, in accordance with the rules related
to the foundation. The sold shares were originally purchased in 2015, and
according to the rules they must be sold after a period of 3 full calendar
years, the year of purchase thereby not included. The net contribution after tax
deductions, will be paid out to the employees.

The company achieved important goals during 2019 related to sales and new
customers within the core business of image enhancement. As a result, SEK
329,000 were allocated to the foundation, and after tax deduction SEK 264,767
were transferred to the foundation. The foundation thereafter purchased 2,030
shares during the period April 30 - May 5, at the average price of 134,60
NOK/share.

The ContextVision AB:s Profit Sharing Foundation’s total ownership after the
transactions is now 30,610 shares.

Background:

In 2011, the board and management of ContextVision decided to introduce an
incentive program through the creation of a profit-sharing foundation for its
employees.
The program is intended to streamline the focus and efforts of all employees by
allocating a part of the company’s net profits to a foundation that, in turn,
will use the allocated funds to purchase ContextVision’s common stock on the
Oslo Stock Exchange.
Senior management and the board of directors will each year formulate a number
of operational and strategic targets to be achieved during the coming fiscal
year.
According to the rules of the foundation, the shares bought each year will be
kept for a period of 3 full calendar years. After that period, the shares will
be sold and funds (less tax) will be paid to the employees.
