Eidesvik Reach AS, a subsidiary of Eidesvik Offshore ASA (“Eidesvik" or the “Company”) whereas Eidesvik owns 50.1%, has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MoA”) with an undisclosed buyer, for the sale of IMR vessel Viking Reach. The transaction is expected to be completed early Q4 2026, subject to customary conditions. Expected gain from the sale is approximately NOK 80 million.
