Element ASA operates as a project investment company in the mineral sector. The company has interests in the Bending Lake magnetite deposit comprising 49 freehold mining patents covering 624 hectares and 3 licenses of occupation covering 127 hectares located in the Bending Lake and Wapegeisi Lake areas to the southeast of Dryden of Ignace, Ontario, Canada; and the Mindoro deposit with a concession area of approximately 113 square kilometers containing nickel and cobalt located on the island of Mindoro in the Philippines.
The company was formerly known as Intex Resources ASA has changed its name to Element ASA in October 2017. Element ASA is based in Oslo, Norway.
