Redeye expects to lower its EBITDA forecasts for 2025E by around 10-20% on the back of the soft Q2 and reflecting increased opex in Daybreak as development costs for Palia are no longer capitalized. Our Q4 forecasts currently includes release of the Cold Iron project and given that the company did not state if the game will come out this year or next, there could also be a shift of revenue towards 2026E if the game is delayed compared to the original plan.
