Thin Film Electronics ASA (âThinfilmâ) today announced Astral Tequila as a new
customer in the wine and spirits market. Astral will introduce âsmartâ bottles
of its award-winning spirit to engage with consumers in-store and deliver
customized digital experiences with the tap of a smartphone.
Beginning in December 2017, the interactive bottles - which feature a custom,
NFC-enabled neck collar - will be on store shelves in retail outlets throughout
California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, New Jersey and Georgia.
Astral Tequila is part of the Davos Brands portfolio of premium spirits, which
also includes Aviation American Gin, TYKU Sake, and Sombra Mezcal.

THIN; OTCQX: TFECY) today announced that global technology leader Xerox
Corp. (NYSE: XRX) will acquire certain Thinfilm Memoryâą intellectual property
(IP). In return, Thinfilm will receive an up-front payment plus an earn-out
based on the existing agreed-to royalty schedule.
