Park’, and the Company continues to use Unreal Engine in its upcoming open-world survival game

Funcom does not expect to make significant investments in fixed assets during the next couple of
years. Significant investments will mainly relate to software development, game design and graphics

Open World Survival games:
Open World Survival games are a new segment inheriting different aspects of the MMO, RPG and
Minecraft segments. The genre is being characterized as up and coming, currently dominated by small and medium games, developed by small to medium-sized studios. The number of games sold varies from just over 400,000 units, to about 3,400,000 units amongst the top 10 games. Four out of the ten list entries were launched last year, which exemplifies the genre’s increasing popularity.

Today, Funcom’s strategy consists of:
- Developing small and innovative games, focused on trying new concepts, experimenting with

The Company’s strategy going forward is to focus on mid-core MMO games with smaller initial, development budgets and shorter production time. Korrekt vei å gå Funcom, men er det for sent?
Silent Period
For a period of four weeks prior to the publication of each interim quarterly report, Funcom will
minimize its contact with investment analysts, investors and journalists. This policy has been
adopted to minimize the risk of any unequal treatment of different parties in the market.
Er dette vanlig prosedyre blant selskaper på børs eller er dette noe Funcom selv har igangsatt?
On December 17, 2015, the Company granted Conan Properties International LLC three million one hundred and thirty thousand (3,130,000) warrants to purchase shares of the Company. The purchase price is USD 0.10, and the exercise period is from June 17, 2016 to December 17, 2020. In exchange, the Company can have free use of Conan licensed property to develop licensed products.
Funcom acquired as from June 6, 2003 a 10 year exclusive right for the use of the Conan brand for MMO games on all current and future platforms. Later Funcom extended this right until 2023.
Main cost components for the company include the cost of developing new games and updates to
games, marketing costs and operational costs of live games like hosting and bandwidth, operations
and customer service.

kan man forvente en reprising på mandag?
Tror det blir vanskelig med reprising før tidligst Q1 da de kan bevise at de har kuttet mer og faktisk snudd overskriften til " Funcom snur minus til pluss". Men at kursen beveger seg opp mot motstand på 2,20 er absolutt innenfor. For alt jeg vet så bryter den 2,20 og De store byksa tror jeg ikke vi ser før gameplay video og ett positivt Q1! men at 2016 kan bli ett morro funcom år? uten tvil !!
Kursen kommer nok til å gå videre opp fra mandag, mange er nervøse for rapportene til Funcom som nok har satt en demper på kursen, det ble ikke skummelt denne gangen
Jeg forventer at de trøkker til som pokker fra etter kvartalsrapporten 19.mai / starten av juni. Jeg forventer at de i etterkant av oppgangen som kommer ved videolansering osv henter de kronene de trenger for å kjøre på med bra trøkk markedsføringsvis, slik at de minimum selger 1 million spill første halvåret. Mtp kvaliteten til de konkurrerende spillene så tror jeg det blir en smal sak så lenge Funcom hermer mye etter de store i segmentet.
På bakgrunn av dette forventer jeg å minimum 3doble pengene mine fra dagens nivå innen året er omme
med rette info og marketing for CE samt godt salg så er 3dobling noe sjenert av deg paddy!
Tror en avklaring rundt kapitalinnhenting må til før en større reprising kan komme. F.eks hvis det kommer frem at en større aktør tar hele emisjonen så vil det kunne trigge et rally. På den annen side kommer det en mer åpen emisjon mot allmennheten vil vi kunne få en midlertidig dipp ned mot emisjonskurs før vi kan fortsette opp mot nye høyder.
Tatt Funcoms historie i betraktning samt at det kan bli en “pen” økning i antall aksjer i Funcom så er jeg happy med 3 dobling innen året er omme. Selger de som DayZ, H1Z1 eller Ark så har jeg ikke peiling på hva det gjør med kursen, men at Funcom da blir de neste års vinner på Oslo Børs er det da liten tvil om.
Jeg har jo en dobling hittil, så det i betrakning så vil totalen eventuelt bli en “8ganger”
Jeg foreslår at vi går sammen om et lån på 10M USD, for å ta hele emisjonen.
Hvis vi er 10stk jevnt fordelt vil vi alle komme under 5% flagget. Høres det interessant ut for noen?
