Driving energy transformation

The use of LPG for cooking produces practically no particulates. Its CO2
footprint is 20% lower than that of heating oil and 50% lower than coal. Use of
Hexagon Ragasco’s easy-to-handle lightweight, LPG composite cylinders provide a
safer and cleaner fuel alternative, while also enabling people to spend less
time cooking and gathering fuel, and more time on education and income
generation.

Driving energy transformation
Hexagon Purus’ Type 4 cylinders will be a part of the storage and transport
solutions that are developed and manufactured by Wystrach. These will be used to
transport hydrogen for industrial purposes in Europe and to expand the
infrastructure for mobility projects in France.

  in the second half of 2021
• Selected to deliver a 700 bar hydrogen fuel storage system for a
  demonstration project to develop a fuel cell powered construction machine
• Hexagon Purus signed a long-term agreement with Nikola Corporation, a global
  leader in zero-emissions transportation and infrastructure solutions to
  develop and supply its high-performance type 4 hydrogen cylinders. The scope
  of the agreement is over a multi-year period with an estimated sales value
  in excess of EUR 200 million
• Hexagon Purus signed a contract with Wystrach GmbH, a leading systems
  provider for high pressure solutions,to supply Type 4, 300 bar pressure
  vessels at a value of approximately EUR 2.5 million. The cylinders are
  destined for industrial and mobility applications in France and Germany.

negatively. Hexagon Ragasco had a strong start with sales volumes primarily to
European markets, while Hexagon Digital Wave started the year with modest sales
volumes. However, development of a pipeline for digital products/services,
strengthened the positioning of the Hexagon Digital Wave business.

Hexagon Agility received its sixth set of orders in 2021 under this agreement,
which represent an estimated value of USD 15.7 million (approx. NOK 131
million). Collectively, the orders placed in 2021 represent an estimated total
value of USD 60 million (approx. NOK 502 million).

“In the wake of the Leaders’ Summit on Climate and the expected EU Taxonomy
classification of RNG as a climate mitigation fuel, we are seeing the demand for
natural gas transportation solutions continuing to grow,” said Seung Baik,

Purus AS as dividend in kind on 14 December 2020, the strike price has been
adjusted by NOK 4.095 to “make whole” the 2018 options holders. The adjusted
strike price is NOK 16.755 per share.

Of the 1,200,000 options, 800,000 options were granted to senior executives and
managers listed as primary insiders. The options may be exercised in part or in
full within three weeks following the official announcement of the financial
results for the fourth quarter of 2020, first quarter of 2021 and second quarter

Agility. “NGVA recently reported that, in 2020, 92% of all on-road fuel used in

Hexagon Digital Wave to deliver Ultrasonic Examination machine for Aerospace industry

Hexagon Digital Wave, a business of Hexagon Composites signed a contract with a
US based Type 3 composite cylinder manufacturer to supply Ultrasonic Examination
(UE) equipment for its cylinders intended for the aerospace industry. The UE
equipment will enable the testing of the interior metallic liners for structural
integrity and manufacturing flaws prior to completing the composite overwrap.

Velocity Vehicle Group has taken an active leadership role in offering clean
vehicles to its customers across its product range and locations, and the
partnership with Hexagon Purus is an important part of this transition.

Hexagon Purus will deliver turn-key solutions that will convert up to 100 model
year 2021 Freightliner M2 medium-duty trucks to Hexagon Purus eM2 emission-free
medium duty electrical vehicle trucks. The design will be built upon the
platform from Daimler Trucks North America’s successful Innovation Fleet of
battery electric medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. All Innovation Fleet trucks
operate using Hexagon Purus’ battery electric solutions and technology. The new
zero-emission Hexagon Purus eM2 class 6 trucks will typically operate as package
delivery or utility trucks.

Deliveries of the new zero-emission Hexagon Purus eM2s in 2021 will be mainly to
customers operating in California. In 2022, deliveries of trucks operating in
other states in the US are also expected.

in major fleet owners committing to zero-emission solutions.

Timing

The first deliveries are expected to take place in Q4 2021.

Er absolutt på watchlista mi, men vet ikke om jeg tør å kjøpe denne før den er oversolgt eller et kjøpssignal er avgitt

Er vel noen shortposisjoner som presser hpur ned. Tror markedet er litt avventende før det kommer konkrete tall på banen. De siste kvartalsrapportene har ikke vært overbevisende med tanke på vekst. De fleste avtalene de har dratt i land starter opp h2 21. Fra da av tror jeg vi vil se helt andre tall.
