Vi snakker emission her inden for overskuelig tid. At den balancerer under kronen er ingen tilfældighed; aktien skal væsentligt længere ned. IOX er godt nok er aktieselskab, men tjener ikke aktionærernes interesser.
Mangler stadigvæk info om det gas plant som selskabet angiveligt havde købt og parkeret i US for et par år siden pga. dårlige vejrforhold i Columbia.
Træd varsomt her og forvent massivt udvanding going forward.

Har bare ingen indvirkning på IOX som selskab, eftersom samtlige fat sælges til en allerede aftalt pris langt ud i fremtiden.
Det er helt fejlagtigt at satse en position her som skal korrelere med højere oliepriser.

It doesn’t matter, unfortunately. The company is deadlocked with a declining cash flow and regional and regulative issues.

Sure, and I traded IOX at 7 NOK years ago, and was the 7th largest shareholder, but we aren’t going to see 7,00 anything soon either. I was fortunate to make a somewhat great exit by taking larger risks and reducing GA, but there are no significant triggers coming up like the COR-6 agreement etc.
Not trying to rain on your parade but it’s important to be very cautious about the operations in IOX.
They don’t work for the shareholders.
what’s GA?
GA is “Gennemsnitlig Anskaffelskurs” or Average Price of your Stock Position, so basically something you can reduce by buying more shares as the instrument drops in price.
It usually requires heavy trading or increasing your exposure, or both. But usually something you’d end up doing if the instrument doesn’t perform as expected.
With IOX, such a strategy could be betting on a rally peaking at around 2,50, and in advance buy significant amounts of shares under 1,00 NOK.
High risk.
my Average Price of IOX is 0.809 BUT … I’ve made two loss-sales meanwhile. Ability to have guts to make loss sales is a great value in trading, what do you reckon?
If you’ve made loss sales, then buying back at a lower price, then that’s definitely a strategy that works in declining stocks, but you have to factor in all loss/profit of previous trades to get an accurate current GA.
Selling an entire position in anticipation of lower prices is also risky, as the instrument can turn upwards, rapidly, on pivotal news, leaving you at an even greater loss, buying back your original position (or even less, depending on the move of the instrument).
I would personally settle for break even and never touch the company again, and I suggest you tread with caution here as there’s lots and lots of evidence for malicious operation and internal trading.
Remember IOX was trading above 500 NOK years ago.
