Oslo, 15 June 2021. Reference is made to the announcement from Komplett ASA (“Komplett” or the “Company”) regarding the commencement of the bookbuilding period and application period on for the Company’s initial public offering (the “Offering”) on 9 June 2021 and the subsequent status of bookbuilding announcements from the Company on 9 June 2021 and 10 June 2021, respectively.
Based on the orders received since the commencement of bookbuilding, it has been decided to update the indicative price range to NOK 58.00 to NOK 60.00 per Offer Share. The book is well covered throughout the updated indicative price range on the full offering size, including the over-allotment option and the potential upsize option.
As earlier communicated, the bookbuilding period for the institutional offering is expected to close at 14:00 hours (CEST) on 17 June 2021, while the application period for the retail offering is expected to expire at 12:00 hours (CEST) on the same day. The application period for the employee offering is expected to expire at 23:59 hours (CEST) on 16 June 2021. The bookbuilding period and the application period in the retail offering and the employee offering may however be shortened at any time but will not in any case be shortened to expire prior to 16:30 hours (CEST) on 16 June 2021.
