Status Update: Powerpool operations and Presentation Deck to be used Thurday 13th of September at Pareto Securites’ 6th annual TechSaas conference

Powerpool Hosting AS’ pilot program is developing nicely, with the pilot project expected to start hashing in medio December. Powerpool expect to fill the pilot capacity within start of operations, totaling 37 servers of various models. Ace Digital («OSL:ACED») has reserved a portion of the initial Scrypt machines, taking advantage of Powerpools seamless payout in the currency of their choice, predictable power prices, reporting features that reduces the friction for more traditional businesses to enter into mining, and the low fees.

Initial analysis of the «Soup4sats» marketing partnership, which was conducted throughout September, is characterized as a success from the management of Powerpool Mining SL.

Customer acquisition payback time was calculated to less than 30 days.

An increase in hashrate volumes of approximately 10% for Scrypt and 20% for SHA-256 over the period from new sign-ups was achieved in September. Early analysis seems to indicate a low churn rate after the campaign ended.

October, the first full normal month of operation since the publishing of Lokotech Groups semi-annual report ended at approximately 69 000 euros in net revenue, a decrease from approximately 79 000 in August. The difference is mainly due to lower cryptocurrency prices.

Year-to-date, the worldwide hashrate for Scrypt and SHA-256 has increased approximately 78% and 41 %, whereas Powerpools hashrate has grown significantly faster at 218% and 157% as of the 10th of November 2025.

The “dry-run” phase for the commercial-scale ASIC project has now officially
commenced. Following the successful completion of internal prerequisite
checks, including pipe-cleaning, the ASIC design has been delivered to our
production partners.

The production partners will now conduct their own verification procedures, as
part of this final phase prior to tape-out. This phase is iterative in nature,
and we are conducting full-chip Layout-Versus-Schematics (“LVS”) in parallel
with the dry runs being carried out.

The next update on this matter will be provided once conclusions have been
received from the foundry and the mask set has entered production, i.e., upon
the ASIC being taped out.

With the design now handed off to the foundry to complete the tape-out phase, we are starting to finally have a solid path forward! In addition, we have taken all the nessary steps to deliver ASAP once the ASIC come back! We’ve already stock piled almost all the components that have both short and long lead times so we are ready to manufacture and deliver once the ASICs are received. PowerPool is pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved full hosting capabilities at its datacenter located in Northern Norway.

This milestone marks the completion of infrastructure deployment, system validation, and operational testing, enabling PowerPool to commence full commercial operations. The facility is now live and actively running mining equipment supporting both SHA256 and Scrypt algorithms.

Electricity pricing and billing structure

PowerPool is operating with the following electricity rates:

USD 0.07 / kWh for SHA256 mining
USD 0.075 / kWh for Scrypt mining

Electricity costs will be automatically settled directly from mining revenue, removing the need for customers to manage separate electricity invoices, credit card payments, or manual settlements.

Customer Onboarding

Customers who previously joined the waitlist and confirmed machine allocations over the past months will be contacted via email in the coming days. These communications will include payment instructions, allocation confirmation, and onboarding details required to activate their hosting services.

This achievement represents a significant operational milestone for the PowerPool project and reflects the successful execution of PowerPool’s deployment strategy in a strategically important and energy-efficient region.

Further updates will be communicated as customer onboarding progresses.
