The Annual General Meeting will take place on the 6th of May 2026 at 10.00 and is held at Medistim’s offices at Økernveien 94 in Oslo. Attached are the agenda for the meeting and the voting form. Shareholders will receive a separate letter including reference and pin code to register votes. It is possible to give proxy with and without voting instructions. By using a proxy with voting instructions, the shareholders will vote on the specific issues without personal attendance.
