Dan Cronin (Chief Executive Officer) was allotted 200,000 conditional options. After allotment, Dan Cronin holds in total 306,500 options and 53,643 shares.

Knut Stålen (Chief Financial Officer) was allotted 120,000 conditional options. After allotment, Knut Stålen holds in total 232,750 options and 25,900 shares.

Alain Fabruel (Chief of Sales and Marketing Officer) was allotted 120,000 conditional options. After allotment, Alain Fabruel holds in total 171,500 options and 3,658 shares.

The share options vest over a period of three years from allocation. 1/3 of the share options shall vest one year after allotment, and then 1/3 for each additional year. The share options for the employees shall be subject to fulfilment of certain achievement-based conditions. Vested but unexercised share options will expire without compensation to the holder six years after allotment. The exercise price of the share options shall be equal to the average volume weighted market price of the shares over the five last trading days prior to the date of grant, plus 10%. Det finnes bare ett selskap på Oslo børs som har så dårlig tillitt som Next fra min side og det er THIN. Jeg lurte meg selv inn i Next men kom meg heldigvis ut uten tap. De selger jo så å si ingenting men kommer med “fine” samarbeidsavtaler som ikke fører til en puck.

As part of the agreement, the Partner will incorporate NEXT Biometricsnew One Touch ID 2010 ultra-slim FAP20 fingerprint sensor module into a range of its access control readers, such as time and attendance and physical access control devices, for sales on a global scale. The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the agreement at this point in time. Volume supply of NEXTs
One Touch ID 2010 FAP20 modules is scheduled to start in Q4-2019 and will take
full effect in 2020.

The One Touch ID 2010 SPI is an ultra-slim FAP20 fingerprint sensor module
ideally suited for integration into a broad range of applications for reliable
and user-friendly authentication, identification and verification. One Touch ID
2010 SPI offers excellent image quality and constant accurate performance, thus
producing fewer false acceptance and false rejection rates than other solutions
and resulting in an excellent user experience. The module`s anti-spoofing
ability reliably rejects latent fingerprint images and prevents against fake
finger attacks. SDK support, one touch enrollment, 360-degree rotational
tolerance and ISO/IEC 19794-2:2011 template generation make it an ideal solution
for government identification, access control, banking, finance, healthcare, law
enforcement and many more applications.

NEXT Biometrics’ One Touch ID 2000 and 2010 fingerprint sensor modules are
designed to comply with globally recognized government standards of U.S.
National Institute of Standard & Technology (NIST SP 500-280 v2.1), and FBI’s

En helt OK rapport dette her med små skritt mot riktig vei og man kan ikke si noe annet en at Next nå har en lav mcap (171mnok, vs current assets-current liabilities 177mnok), men optimismen rundt smart card caset må komme tilbake for å få til en skikkelig reprising. Aksjekursen tynges nok veldig av at kapteinen forlot skuta. Jeg har selv ingen aksjer her nå.

NEXT Biometrics Group ASA – Q3 revenue update

Oslo, November 4, 2019 - NEXT Biometrics (Oslo Bors: NEXT), a global leader in fingerprint sensor technology, announces that it expects to report third quarter 2019 revenue of approximately NOK 17 million, down from NOK 30.2 million in the third quarter 2018. Revenue for the first nine months of the year are expected at around NOK 75 million, a decrease of 5% from the same period 2018.

The revenue development follows previously communicated reduction of sensor module shipments to the US tier-1 notebook customer. Shipments to this customer is expected to decline in the fourth quarter and into 2020. The decrease in third-quarter revenue was partially mitigated by increased shipments of sensors and readers to other customers.

NEXT continues to diversify its customer and revenue base across target markets. Due to current sales lead time and design-in cycles, NEXT do not expect to completely offset the reduction in US tier-1 notebook revenue in the fourth quarter of 2019 and into early 2020.

Also, in the third quarter, NEXT expects to book an inventory write-down of approximately NOK 3 million related to an older generation of sensors held in stock. These have been classified unsuited for commercial use. The write-down will have no cash effect.

NEXT will continue a disciplined approach to both new investments and cost levels going forward. The cash position at end of the third quarter was approximately NOK 132 million.

Please note that revenue numbers are preliminary and may be subject to change. NEXT is scheduled to release its interim report for the third quarter 2019 on Tuesday, November 12.
