Er du medisinsk utdannet? Hva er grunnen til at du forventer at Norge er første land ut når Paradigme har rekruttert i utlandet i flere måneder nå samtidig som ledelsen sier at REK i Norge ikke er til hinder i utlandet? Er det rett og slett fordi det har gått så tregt i utlandet til nå?
Har dessverre ikke anledning til å møte i mrg.
Men jeg håper at en av dere som skal dit har anledning til å dele en liten stemningsrapport.
Er litt usikker på om det blir solbriller eller slalombriller foran skjermen med webcasten i mrg. Eller visir.
Jeg er usikker på hvorfor det er gått så tregt i utlandet, og jeg mente ikke å si at Norge blir første landet ut. Kun å si at ting tar tid, - selv om REK har gjort sin godkjennelse…
En uke er bestefallsscenarie, dersom alt går på skinner (TROR jeg, men som nevnt - jeg kjenner ikke protokollen, og kan hende det tar (mye 
)lengre tid.
Men som flere har påpekt… dette er jo på en måte Kolstads «baby», så det ville ikke forundre meg om han «setter alle kluter til»

Hva gjelder rekruttering så er jeg enda positiv. Vi skal ha inn 130 pasienter i 80 senter over 2 år. Dvs. at hvert senter må kjøre gjennom 0,8 pasienter per år for å komme i mål. Bør være gjørbart.

NANO har endret i beskrivelsen av Arm1 ved å fjerne R0.
Så det kan hende Arm1 og Arm4 i PARADIGME skal ha lik forbehandling.
Om det ikke er endret i forhold til Arm4 Phase 1/2, er det 375mg/m2 rituximab 14 dager før selve behandlingsdagen

Gitt at dette stemmer tror jeg på 4 ca uker før første pasient i Norge.

Kanskje semantikk… , men «dosed» inkluderer vel alle medikamenter gitt i studieøyemed? Som ledd i studien. Også Rituximab?
Men det kan hende du har rett, og jeg derfor for optimistisk…
Ved start 2018 Juni Har NANO et år +noen mnd på å rekruttere.
Om de ønsker å få minimum 6mnders data på alle 130 i read out midt i 2020 H1.
Men jeg er enig i at de bør greie rekrutteringen på den tiden.
Gitt gode ASH 2018 data så vil vel rekrutteringen gå relativt lettere fra Jan 2019 om de sliter med konkurranse fra andre studier.
Ja, det stemmer nok bedre. Om jeg ikke tuller på senkvelden tilsvarer det 1,08 pasienter per år per senter, gitt at vi har 18 måneder tilgjengelig.
18 er litt over grensa av hva jeg tenker på.
Bruker de 18 måneder får de ikke rapportert 6mnders data på alle i 2020 H1. Da blir det aug-sept
Det har jo vist seg at 3mnders data ikke er moden nok for å vise efficacy.
Rekrutteringen bør være ferdig ca sept/okt 2019 om det skal gå for alle i H1 2020.
Men det blir litt petimeter å snakke om 3-6mnders forskjell nesten 2 år frem i tid.
Vi får heller satse på at hele problemstillingen blir irrelevant om FDA bestemmer seg for å ønske/godta å få kontinuerlige/hyppigere oppdateringer på dataene

Fortsatt sterk tro på Betalutin®

kvartal 2018. Selskapets ledelse vil gi en presentasjon av resultatene klokken

Arbeidet med å få PARADIGME-studien godkjent og igangsatt har vært vår aller
viktigste oppgave i årets første kvartal. Selv om oppstarten av studien har vært
oppløftende, besluttet vi i april at det ville være riktigst å justere
tidsplanen noe. Målet er nå å presentere kliniske resultater fra studien i
første halvår 2020, sier fungerende administrerende direktør, Tone Kvåle i en
kommentar.Basert på de lovende kliniske dataene som er tilgjengelige så langt, er vi
fortsatt overbevist om at Betalutin® har et stort potensial. Vi tror dessuten at

Fortsatt sterk tro på Betalutin®

Nordic Nanovector (OSE: NANO) publiserer i dag sine resultater for første kvartal 2018. Selskapets ledelse vil gi en presentasjon av resultatene klokken 08:30 i Oslo. Se ytterligere informasjon nedenfor.
- Arbeidet med å få PARADIGME-studien godkjent og igangsatt har vært vår aller viktigste oppgave i årets første kvartal. Selv om oppstarten av studien har vært oppløftende, besluttet vi i april at det ville være riktigst å justere tidsplanen noe. Målet er nå å presentere kliniske resultater fra studien i første halvår 2020, sier fungerende administrerende direktør, Tone Kvåle i en kommentar.
- Basert på de lovende kliniske dataene som er tilgjengelige så langt, er vi fortsatt overbevist om at Betalutin® har et stort potensial. Vi tror dessuten at dataene fra PARADIGME-studien vil gi god input til vår regulatoriske og kommersielle strategi for å sikre at Betalutin® blir et nytt og viktig alternativ i tredjelinjebehandling av lymfekreftpasienter med diagnosen follikulært lymfom (FL), fortsetter Kvåle.
Operasjonelle hovedtrekk første kvartal
· Oppstartsaktivitetene pågår for den pivotale fase 2b-studien PARADIGME. Studien undersøker om Betalutin® kan være et mulig nytt behandlingsalternativ for pasienter med minst to tilbakefall (tredjelinjebehandling) av lymfekreftdiagnosen follikulært lymfom (FL). Per 29. mai er studien åpnet for pasientrekruttering ved 19 sykehus i åtte land.
· Malene Brondberg utnevnt som IR- og kommunikasjonsdirektør.
Hendelser etter kvartalets slutt
· Luigi Costa fratrådte sin stilling som administrerende direktør, og Tone Kvåle ble utnevnt som fungerende administrerende direktør i tillegg til at hun fortsetter i sin rolle som CFO. Rekruttering av ny administrerende direktør pågår.
· Fremdriftsplanen for PARADIGME-studien ble revidert med mål om at de kliniske testresultatene skal være klare i første halvår 2020 (opprinnelig plan: annet halvår 2019). Oppstartsaktiviteter og initiering av sykehus for studien pågår.
· Det kliniske utviklingsprogrammet for Humalutin® er utsatt på ubestemt tid for å kunne konsentrere ressursene om PARADIGME-studien og utviklingsprogrammet for Betalutin®.
Finansielle hovedtrekk første kvartal
(Beløp i parentes = samme periode i 2017 dersom ikke annet er oppgitt).
· Omsetningen i første kvartal 2018 var 0 (0,1 millioner kroner).
· Totale driftskostnader i kvartalet var 82,3 millioner kroner (65,8 millioner kroner)
o Kostnader knyttet til forskning og klinisk utvikling stod for 76,2 prosent av totale driftskostnader (72,2 prosent).
· Driftsunderskuddet i kvartalet beløp seg til 82,3 millioner kroner (65,7 millioner kroner).
· Samlet tap i kvartalet ble 90,7 millioner kroner (55,8 millioner kroner).
· Kontantbeholdningen per 31. mars 2018 beløp seg til 641,5 millioner kroner, ned fra 756,6 millioner ved utgangen av 2017.
Fremtidsutsikter
Nordic Nanovector har som mål å bli ledende innen målrettet behandling av hematologiske kreftindikasjoner. Selskapet søker å nå målet ved å utvikle, produsere og kommersialisere innovative behandlinger for å imøtekomme store, udekkede medisinske behov og forbedre kreftbehandlingen.
Betalutin® er selskapets fremste produktkandidat. De lovende, foreløpige resultatene fra den kliniske studien LYMRIT 37-01 fase 1/2a bekrefter at Betalutin har en veldifferensiert, konkurransedyktig klinisk profil for follikulært lymfom med tilbakefall eller manglende respons (R/R FL, eller «relapsed, refractory follicular lymphoma»). Den avgjørende fase 2b PARADIGME-studien med Betalutin® i tredjelinjebehandling av R/R FL pågår med mål om å rapportere kliniske data i løpet av første halvår 2020, med påfølgende søknad om markedsføringsgodkjennelse i 2020.
Nordic Nanovector har som mål å maksimere verdien av Betalutin® gjennom alle faser av FL og NHL og i andre hematologiske kreftindikasjoner.
Selskapet har sterk tro på at Betalutin® kan bli et attraktivt og anvendelig behandlingsalternativ, som basert på grundige markedsundersøkelser har potensial til å bli en kommersiell suksess.
Selskapets kontantbeholdning er forventet å være tilstrekkelig frem til de kliniske dataene for PARADIGME-studien foreligger i første halvår 2020.
