Resignation of Chairman

On October 24th, the Company issued the following Stock Exchange Notice:
“Chairman of the Board, Terje Rogne has via his fully owned company, Admaniha
AS, today sold 750 000 shares in Nordic Semiconductor ASA to a average price of
NOK 34,8784. Remaining share balance after the transaction is 325 000 shares.”

In a comment, Chairman Terje Rogne has made the following statement:

"My confidence in Nordic Semiconductor ASA as a current leader in the Bluetooth
Low-Energy market and an emerging leader in the highly promising field of NB-IoT
and LTE-M remains rock solid. Unfortunately, as a consequence of a personal
liquidity shortfall on my part, my bank informed me yesterday that 750 000 of my
shares in Nordic Semiconductor had been sold to cover the bank’s position. This
is the full explanation for my share sale as reported by the Company and I
remain highly optimistic about the Company and its prospects.

In order to preserve the best interests for the company I have decided to take
the consequence of this by resigning from the Board of Directors. All questions

With reference to the announcement on October 24th, 2018 at 17:00 CET. In the
announcement it is stated that Nordic on October 24th, 2018 repurchased 270,00
shares. The correct amount should be 270 000.

Total number of shares owned by Nordic is unchanged at 3 046 046.

Share Repurchase ***

Reference is made to the announcement on October 19, 2018 where Nordic stated
that it would commence a share repurchase program. Following the events that is
referred to in the notification to the Oslo Stock Exchange October 24, the
company temporarily paused any repurchases. The Board of Directors have in a
board meeting concluded to reactivate the share repurchase program as described
on the October 19th, 2018 announcement.

cellular IoT solution nRF91. As communicated earlier, the solution will be
available for general sampling during Q4 2018. Nordic now confirms that on
December 12, 2018 the product will be released for general sampling through
