Systems AS (“Wind Catching Systems”) for an amount of NOK 10 million each.

Following the share subscription by Ferd and North, each party holds
approximately 31% of the shares in Wind Catching Systems. In addition, the
founding shareholders in aggregate hold options that can be exercised which, if
exercised, would result in a fully diluted ownership for North and Ferd of 26%
each.

The engineering and design work performed so far has strengthened our belief in
the technological potential of providing floating offshore wind power at bottom
fixed offshore wind economics. Wind Catching Systems is currently preparing a
significant wind tunnel test to be performed in Milano during the summer of
2021. Positive results from the test will further validate the technology and
contribute to unlocking the significant commercial potential of Wind Catching
Systems.

North Energy ASA (“North Energy” or “Company”) recorded a comprehensive loss of
NOK 30.7 million in the first quarter of 2021 compared to a comprehensive loss
of NOK 55.0 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this
quarter is mostly driven by a decrease in the market value of the investment in
Touchstone Exploration Inc. (“Touchstone Exploration”).

In March 2021, Touchstone Exploration announced preliminary results from
formation testing of the Chinook-1 well in the Ortoire license. Although logging
from the exploration well had indicated a significant natural gas discovery, the
preliminary test results were disappointing compared to pre-test expectations.
The Chinook-1 well is now believed to be a possible oil discovery and is
currently on an extended production test to determine commerciality.

Touchstone Exploration is currently working on developing the other discoveries
in the Ortoire license. Production from the Coho-1 well is expected to start in
the second quarter of 2021. Further, the company is planning to bring two
Cascadura wells into production towards the end of 2021. The Royston well, which
is the last well in phase 1 of the company’s Ortoire exploration program, is
planned for drilling in the second quarter of 2021.

The Company’s main industrial investment, Reach Subsea, reported a comprehensive
income of NOK 11.4 million in the first quarter of 2021, which is the best first
quarter result in the company’s history. High utilization and successful project
execution are the main drivers behind the strong results. North Energy
consolidates NOK 3.7 million of the result in its financial figures.

At the end of the first quarter 2021, North Energy’s total investment portfolio
had a market value NOK 304.0 million, up from NOK 302.8 million last quarter.
The portfolio consists of industrial holdings, listed financial investments and
other financial investments. The industrial holdings include the Company’s
shares in Reach Subsea where North Energy is the major shareholder. During the
quarter, North Energy, together with Ferd AS, exercised an option to invest an
additional NOK 10 million each in Wind Catching Systems AS which is developing
an innovative technology for floating offshore wind systems. The listed
financial investments consist of shares in Touchstone Exploration amongst
others.

The Company’s cash position as per end of first quarter 2021 is reported at NOK
119.1 million. In April, the General Assembly of North Energy approved a
dividend of NOK 0.45 per share, in total NOK 52.8 million. The dividend was paid
to shareholders later in April.

North Energy ASA (“North Energy” or “Company”) recorded a comprehensive loss of
NOK 20.8 million in the second quarter of 2021 compared to a comprehensive
income of NOK 52.0 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this
quarter is mostly driven by a decrease in the market value of the investment in
Touchstone Exploration Inc. (“Touchstone Exploration”).

In April, the General Assembly of North Energy approved a dividend of NOK 0.45
per share, in total NOK 52.8 million. The dividend was paid to shareholders
later in April. The Company’s cash position as per end of second quarter 2021 is
reported at NOK 57.6 million.

The Company’s main industrial investment, Reach Subsea, reported a comprehensive
income of NOK 15.9 million in the second quarter of 2021. North Energy
consolidates NOK 5.1 million of the result in its financial figures. In
addition, North Energy received dividend of NOK 6.9 million from the associated
company.

During the quarter, Touchstone Exploration released an operational update with
results from a pressure buildup test on Cascadura Deep. The results were in-line
with expectations and confirmed the significant potential of the Cascadura
structure. Furthermore, the company aims to bring the Coho-1 discovery onto
production towards the end of the year. The two Cascadura wells are expected to
come into production in the first half of 2022. Touchstone Exploration started
in August 2021 the drilling of the Royston well, the largest structure on the
Ortoire block.

At the end of the second quarter 2021, North Energy’s total investment portfolio
had a market value NOK 287.0 million, down from NOK 304.0 million last quarter.
The portfolio consists of industrial holdings, listed financial investments and
other financial investments. The industrial holdings include the Company’s
shares in Reach Subsea where North Energy is the major shareholder. In April,
North Energy, together with Ferd AS, invested additional NOK 10 million each in
Wind Catching Systems AS which is developing an innovative technology for

North Energy ASA (“North Energy” or “Company”) recorded a comprehensive income
of NOK 47.7 million in the third quarter of 2021 compared to a comprehensive
income of NOK 52.9 million in the same quarter last year. The income reported
this quarter is mostly driven by an increase in the market value of the
investment in Touchstone Exploration Inc (“Touchstone Exploration”) and a
positive share of the result from Reach Subsea ASA (“Reach Subsea”).

At the end of the third quarter 2021, North Energy’s total investment portfolio
had a market value NOK 334.3 million, up from NOK 287.0 million last quarter.
The portfolio consists of industrial holdings, listed financial investments and
other financial investments.

The Company’s main industrial investment, Reach Subsea, reported a comprehensive
income of NOK 43.8 million in the third quarter of 2021. North Energy
consolidates NOK 14.1 million of the result in its financial figures.

Wind Catching Systems AS is developing a new innovative technology for floating
offshore wind systems which is progressing according to plan. The wind tunnel
testing performed in Milano has been completed during summer 2021 and the
results are encouraging. Further engineering work continues throughout 2021 and
into 2022 with focus on marine engineering and equipment design to optimize the
operating performance.

The Company’s main financial investment, Touchstone Exploration, announced
completion of drilling of the Royston-1 exploration well. During testing they
encountered substantial hydrocarbons accumulations with an aggregate of 393
gross feet of hydrocarbon pay. After the quarter end, Touchstone Exploration
announced the result of the first of three production tests of Royston-1 which
confirmed a light oil discovery in the lower part of the well.

Reach Subsea ASA (“Reach Subsea”) has received an offer from an undisclosed
strategic partner to enter into a comprehensive agreement covering both an
equity investment in Reach Subsea and a strategic co-operation on
commercialisation of Reach Remote.

The offer is for Reach Subsea to issue 46,126,567 new shares towards the
strategic partner at NOK 3.25 per share, thereby raising NOK 150 million in new
equity. Furthermore, the offer entails that Reach Subsea will issue warrants at
a subscription price of NOK 4.00 per share whereby each warrant will give the
strategic partner the right to subscribe for one new Reach Subsea share. The
warrants have a duration of 3 years and can be exercised anytime. If all
warrants are exercised, the strategic partner will potentially end up with a 33%
ownership stake.

The Board of Reach Subsea is positive to the proposed offer, which is subject to
relevant corporate approvals by both parties and certain other conditions. The
Board will work towards finalising and concluding an agreement within the next
couple of weeks, to be put forth to an extraordinary general meeting in Reach.

North Energy ASA (“North Energy”) is currently the largest shareholder in Reach
Subsea with a 32% ownership interest. In the event the proposed offer is
concluded, and excluding any warrant exercise, North Energy and the strategic
partner will be joint major shareholders of Reach Subsea with an ownership
interest of 24% each.

NOK 24.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to a comprehensive
income of NOK 70.5 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this
quarter is mostly driven by a decrease in the market value of the investment in
Touchstone Exploration Inc (“Touchstone Exploration”) partly offset by a
positive share of the result from Reach Subsea ASA (“Reach”).

At the end of the fourth quarter 2021, North Energy’s total investment portfolio
had a market value NOK 326.6 million, down from NOK 334.3 million last quarter.
The portfolio consists of industrial holdings, listed financial investments and
other financial investments.

In December the Company acquired new shares for NOK 9 million in Chariot Ltd.
through a private placement. Chariot Ltd. is an Africa-based transitional energy
company aiming to be a provider of cleaner energy across the Africa continent.

The Company’s main industrial investment, Reach Subsea, reported a comprehensive
income of NOK 23.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2021. North Energy
consolidates NOK 7.4 million of the result in its financial figures. After
quarter end Reach Subsea reported that it has received an offer from a strategic
partner seeking to provide NOK 150 million in new equity and co-operate on the
commercialization of Reach Remote. The Board of Reach Subsea is positive to the
offer and will seek to finalise an agreement which, if concluded, will make
North Energy and the strategic partner joint major shareholders of Reach Subsea.

Wind Catching Systems AS, another industrial investment, is a company developing
a new innovative technology for floating offshore wind systems with the
potential to produce electricity at a significant lower cost compared to
traditional wind turbines. Engineering work continues in 2022 with focus on
marine engineering and equipment design to optimize the operating performance.

The Company’s main financial investment, Touchstone Exploration, announced
during the fourth quarter the result of the production tests on the Royston-1
exploration well, confirming light oil discovery in all sections of the well.
The company plan to perform an extended production test during the first quarter
2022 designed to assess optimal flowing conditions to maximize production and
data collection.

shareholder with a 32% ownership interest.

Reach Subsea has signed an agreement with iSURVEY Holding AS to acquire iSURVEY
Group AS (“iSURVEY”) a provider of offshore high-quality survey services, for
NOK 135 million on a neutral working capital and debt basis. The acquisition
will develop Reach Subsea into a larger, more robust, fully integrated company,
with strengthened in-house data management and data processing capabilities.

In addition, Wilhelmsen New Energy AS (“Wilhelmsen”) has entered into an
investment agreement with Reach Subsea (the “Agreement”) whereby Wilhelmsen has
agreed to become a 21% shareholder in Reach through subscribing for NOK 150
million in a directed private placement at NOK 3.25 per share. Further,
Wilhelmsen will receive warrants to subscribe for additional shares at NOK 4 per
share with a duration of 3 years. If the warrants are fully exercised, it will
give Wilhelmsen an ownership stake of 33%.

The investment agreement forms part of a broader partnership, which will see the
launch of the Reach Remote Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs).

After completing the equity issue and acquisition of iSURVEY, North Energy will
hold an ownership interest of 20.5% in Reach Subsea. If Wilhelmsen fully
exercises its warrants, North Energy will hold an ownership interest of around
17% in Reach Subsea.

North Energy ASA (“North Energy” or “Company”) recorded a comprehensive loss of
NOK 12.6 million in the first quarter of 2022 compared to a comprehensive loss
of NOK 30.7 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this
quarter is mostly driven by our share of the negative result from Reach Subsea
ASA.

At the end of the first quarter 2022, North Energy’s total investment portfolio
had a market value NOK 402.7 million, up from NOK 304.0 million at the end of
same quarter last year. The portfolio consists of industrial holdings, listed
financial investments and other financial investments.

Oslo, 10 June 2022 - North Energy ASA (North Energy) today announces that Wind
Catching Systems AS (WCS), the developer of floating offshore wind technology
has completed a Series A investment round of up to USD 10 million led by the
venture capital arm of an undisclosed global industrial company. The proceeds
from the Series A financing will be used to fund the development and
commercialization of the WCS technology. WCS has also signed a strategic
partnership agreement with the aforementioned global industrial company for
collaboration, covering technology development, project execution and policy
advancement.

The transaction values WCS at USD 30 million pre-money, corresponding to
approximately USD 7 million for North Energy’s existing holding in the company.
The company participated with USD 250 000 in the Series A investment round.
Following the completion of the transaction North Energy will hold approximately
22% of the outstanding shares in WCS and approximately 18% on a fully diluted
basis.

WCS is expected to publish a press release with further details next week.

owned by Onarheim after the transaction is 24,078,465, which equals 20.23%
ownership in North Energy ASA.

Rachid Bendriss, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 15 June 2022, purchased
850,000 shares at NOK 2.37 per share via his fully owned company Celisa Capital
AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Bendriss after the
transaction is 11,738,145, which equals 9.86% ownership in North Energy ASA.

Didrik Leikvang, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 15 June 2022, purchased
1,034,059 shares at NOK 2.37 per share via his fully owned company Isfjorden AS.
The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after the transaction
is 9,784,710, which equals 8.22% ownership in North Energy ASA.
