Delivery of VLCC newbuilding with 15-year charter

Upon delivery, the vessel commenced a 15 years’ bareboat charter to Okeanis Eco
Tankers Corp (“Okeanis Eco Tankers”) with a 5 years’ sub-charter to Koch
Shipping Pte. Ltd.

Okeanis Eco Tankers was established in 2018 by the Alafouzos family to take over
its fleet of modern tanker vessels and tanker newbuildings. With seven tankers
built 2015 to 2018 and eight VLCCs for delivery in 2019, the company will focus
on eco-designed vessels fitted with scrubbers. The company is listed on the Oslo
Stock Exchange under the ticker “OET”.

The net proceeds from the Hybrid Bond will be used for general corporate
purposes including new investments. The Hybrid Bond will be accounted for as
book equity and is subordinated to the Company’s outstanding senior unsecured
bonds.

Arctic Securities AS, DNB Markets, Nordea Bank, Pareto Securities AS and
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as joint lead managers in
connection with the placement of the new bond issue.

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.

Eirik Eide, CFO, has through his wholly owned company Kleiver Invest AS
committed to acquire 15,000 shares in Ocean Yield. Upon completion of such
acquisition, Eirik Eide will own, directly or indirectly, 350,051 shares in the
Company.

Andreas Røde, Head of Business Development & M&A., has through his wholly
owned company Vulpes Holding AS committed to acquire 15,000 shares in Ocean
Yield. Upon completion of such acquisition, Andreas Røde will own, directly or
indirectly, 35,000 shares in the Company.

Marius Magelie, SVP Finance & Investor Relations, has through his wholly owned
company MGM Invest AS committed to acquire 5,000 shares in Ocean Yield. Upon

The acquisition of shares will be made as part of the Company’s management
incentive program. The price paid per share will equal the closing price as of
26 August 2019 of NOK 50.7 per share, less a discount of 20% reflecting that the
shares will have a lock-up period of three years.

The Company intends to deliver the shares in the form of treasury shares held by
or acquired by the Company, and will in order to have shares available for the
incentive program buy back a total of up to 150,000 shares in the Company
through open market purchases, adding to the Company’s current holding of 9,021

Gas”).

The vessel is expected to be delivered to the Company during October 2019.
Navigator Gas has certain options to acquire the vessel during the charter
period. The transaction is subject to final documentation.

The vessel, Navigator Aurora, is a 37,300 cbm ethylene gas carrier that was
built in 2016. This state-of-the-art vessel is operating on a sub-charter to the
European chemical group Borealis for the transportation of ethane from the U.S.
East Coast to Europe until December 2026. The propulsion and electrical systems
are designed to use LNG as fuel in addition to conventional fuel. Further, the
vessel is currently going through a project to also use ethane as fuel.

Navigator Gas is listed on the New York Stock Exchange with ticker NVGS. The
company owns a sophisticated fleet of 38 gas carriers that play a vital role in
the global liquefied gas supply chain, providing gas transportation solutions
for energy companies, industrial users and commodity traders. The vessels carry
cargoes of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), petrochemical gases and ammonia.

Ocean Yield’s Chief Executive Officer Lars Solbakken said in a comment: “We are
pleased to further diversify our portfolio of vessels with the investment in an
ethylene gas carrier with 13-year charter to Navigator Gas. Including this
vessel, Ocean Yield will have three vessels that can use ethane as fuel,
reducing emissions compared to vessels that utilize conventional fuel.”

charter hire.

The vessels are expected to be delivered in October and November 2019. 2020
Bulkers will have certain options to either sell or acquire the vessels during
the charter period, as well as a purchase obligation at the end of the charter.

2020 Bulkers has two vessels in operation and six Newcastlemax dry bulk vessels
under construction at New Times Shipyard in China. All vessels are expected to
be delivered by May 2020 and will be fitted with exhaust scrubber systems. The
company is listed on Oslo Axess with ticker “2020”.

Ocean Yield’s Chief Executive Officer Lars Solbakken said in a comment: “We are
pleased to acquire two scrubber-fitted newcastlemax dry bulk newbuildings with
long-term charter to 2020 Bulkers, which increases our fleet to 65 vessels. The
investment offers a very attractive risk reward for Ocean Yield.”
