Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. – Completion and pricing of USD 130 million offering of new common shares

ATHENS, GREECE, 21 January, 2026 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (the “Company” or “OET”) (NYSE: ECO, OSE: OET) is pleased to announce that it has successfully priced an offering of 3,611,111 new shares of the Company’s common stock, par value USD 0.001 per share (the “Offer Shares”), at a price of USD 36.00 per Offer Share, raising gross proceeds of approximately USD 130 million (the “Offering”).

The net proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used as partial consideration for the acquisition of two newbuilding Suezmax vessels (the “Vessel Acquisitions”), each currently under construction at Daehan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a South Korean shipyard, each from an unrelated third-party seller, for an acquisition price of USD 99.3 million per vessel. Each vessel is a sister vessel to the two vessels delivered in January 2026, and is expected to be delivered from the shipyard during the second quarter of 2026, subject to satisfaction of closing conditions for such delivery, including that the Company obtaining the necessary debt financing required to fully fund the Vessel Acquisitions beyond equity raised in the Offering. If one or both of the Vessel Acquisitions do not consummate, the net proceeds from the Offering may be used for general corporate purposes. The purchase of one vessel is not contingent on the purchase of the other.

Notification of allocation is expected to take place today, 21 January 2026, around 13:00 CET.

The Offering is expected to be completed by delivery of the allocated Offer Shares to investors through the Depository Trust Company (DTC) on a delivery versus payment basis on or about 23 January 2026 (DVP, T+2), subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including that the agreements for the Vessel Acquisitions remaining in full force and effect at the time of closing. The Offer Shares will be available for trading on New York Stock Exchange once the Offer Shares have been issued and settlement has taken place through the DTC, expected on or about 23 January 2026. After delivery of Offer Shares, such shares may be transferred from DTC to Euronext Securities Oslo (the “VPS”) in accordance with the customary arrangements for transfers of the Company’s shares between DTC and VPS.

The Company has considered the Offering in light of the equal treatment obligations under the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 5-14, and the Board is of the opinion that the Offering is in compliance with these requirements.

The Offering is being made pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-287032), which was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on 21 May 2025. Declaration of Q4 2025 dividend

The Company’s board of directors declared a dividend of $1.55 per common share to shareholders. Dividends payable to common shares registered in the Euronext VPS will be distributed in NOK. The cash payment will be paid on March 10, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 3, 2026. The common shares will be traded ex-dividend on the NYSE as from and including March 3, 2026, and the common shares will be traded ex-dividend on the Oslo Stock Exchange as from and including March 2, 2026. Due to the implementation of the Central Securities Depository Regulation (CSDR) in Norway, dividends payable on common shares registered with Euronext VPS are expected to be distributed to Euronext VPS shareholders on or about March 13, 2026.

The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) settles its trades on a T+1 basis, while the Oslo Stock Exchange (“OSE”) settles its trades on a T+2 basis. As a result, there will be different ex-dividend dates between the two exchanges, as set out below.

Key information relating to the Dividend:

• Dividend amount: USD 1.55 per common share.
• Declared currency: USD. Dividends payable to common shares registered in the Euronext VPS will be distributed in NOK.
• Date of Board approval: February 18, 2026.
• Last day including right OSE: February 27, 2026, the last date on which the Company’s common shares trading on the OSE will include the entitlement to the Dividend.
• Last day including right NYSE: March 2, 2026, the last date on which the Company’s common shares trading on the NYSE will include the entitlement to the Dividend.
• Ex-date OSE: March 2, 2026, the date on which the Company’s common shares will begin trading on the OSE without the entitlement to the Dividend.
