Syns dette virker interessant. Vanskelig å si noe om rett pris.

11 Claims
On 20 February 2018, the Company received a notification of a claim from the Norwegian tax authorities (Skatt Sør) of repayment of refunded VAT for the period since 2013, totalling an amount of NOK 11.6 million. Further, the tax authorities are threatening to strike the Company from the Norwegian VAT Register and impose an additional tax of 20% of the claim for repayment of refunded VAT. The tax authorities argue that the Company should not have been registered in the VAT Register and has therefore not been eligible to receive VAT refunds on the grounds that the Company’s business is not capable of being profitable, and does therefore not qualify as a “business” pursuant to the Norwegian laws and regulation regarding VAT. The Company disagrees with the assessment made by the tax authorities, especially since significant milestones have been passed to commercialize the TLens technology and will challenge any claims made by the tax authorities. A decision is expected to be made during 2018 by the tax authorities and the matter is still pending. No provision was made at 30.06.2018.
12 Going concern
poLight does not have available liquidity to fund the company throughout the next 12 months period. Current available liquidity will likely fund the company until the end of 2018, conditional upon the entity not being required to pay the potential VAT claim from tax authorities. The potential VAT claim is described in note 11 and in the ‘Risks and uncertainties’ section of this report.
poLight will need additional funding in order to finance commercialization of the Tlens technology. The company reiterates its plan to seek a public listing in 2018 with the intention to raise additional capital. The going concern assumption is dependent on a successful completion of an IPO or an alternative form of fund raising, thus there are significant uncertainties relating to the going concern assumption applied.

I 2006 ble “Ignis Display” skilt ut fra Ignis ASA. Navnet ble etter hvert endret til poLight. Man valgte å først satse på det produktet som hadde kortest vei til kommersialisering. Autofokus-linsen. Det skulle altså ta tolv år. Nå blir det spennende å se hva det blir til.
