First call option will be on 17 September 2031, five years after the
settlement date. The bond will qualify as a Restricted Tier 1 Instrument for
the issuer for the purpose of applicable regulations.
Settlement date for the new issue is expected to be 17 September 2026.
The new bond issue will be applied for listing at Oslo Børs.
Nordea acted as Sole Manager for the bond issue.
