The Siren Nasdaq NexGen Economy ETF (the “Fund”) seeks long-term growth by tracking the investment returns, before fees and expenses, of the Siren NASDAQ Blockchain Economy Index (the “Index”).
The Siren Nasdaq Blockchain Economy Index was created through a partnership between Siren and Nasdaq, and constitutes the joint research, analysis and investigation of both groups on the emerging development of blockchain technology. The Index is designed to measure the returns of companies that are committing material resources to developing, researching, supporting, innovating or utilizing blockchain technology for their use or for use by others.
