On 21 March 2024, the Supervisory Board of SpareBank 1 Østlandet met in the bank’s headquarters in Hamar.
Among other things, the Supervisory Board approved the annual accounts for 2023 and the distribution of profits, including dividends for equity capital certificate holders, customer dividends, and gifts, it authorized raising subordinated capital and senior non-preferred debt as well as buybacks of equity certificates, and it re-elected the Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors and other board members.

Pål-Jan Stokke and Malin Westby were re-elected as Chair and Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board, respectively.
The Supervisory Board re-elected Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors Nina Cecilie Strøm Swensson and board members Idun K. Fridtun and Jørn-Henning Eggum. Geir Stenseth of Østre Toten was also elected as board member contingent on completion of the merger with Totens Sparebank.
The Supervisory Board noted that Sjur Smedstad and Catherine Norland were re-elected as board members from among the employees until the 2026 election. Kim Gøran Hårstadsveen was elected as an observer in the Board of Directors from among the employees, also contingent on completion of the merger with Totens Sparebank.
