The Bank and the Foundation have been informed that the Managers, based on the orders received since commencement of the Offering, now expect that the Offering will be priced between NOK 122 - NOK 125 per equity capital certificate. The Offering is covered throughout the new expected price range on the full offering size, including the over-allotment option.
