Indeed, however this is when all tranches are paid by skybound (2023), moreover I think these calculations kind of put the dilution of shares into perspective. Even if there is a dilution, why would that be a great evil if the shareprice has quadrupled?
For those interested, here is the link to the presentation of today: https://streams.eventcdn.net/5thplanetgames/202109ip/
The half year report was bad, with only limited information. Apparently, the market does not care about the half year report and seems to be interested in the call next week. There are also some (unverified?) rumours that 5th planet games would get a listing on an US stock market.
Where did you see that rumour ?

Summary of the investor call: Fivepg turned from a mobile gamedeveloper into an indiegame developer.
Are there any developers left in the company after closing down the berlin studio ?
De fant jo ut at utviklere koster mer penger enn de får inn så da er det bare å få dem vekk. Da er det bare ledelse igjen. Synd de ikke har noen å lede da…
We went to bed owning a company that developed games and we stood up and now own part of a regional division of skybound. The management will focus on managing and publishing the games of skybound while keeping the small cash flow from earlier games. Maybe they will sell/license their match-3 game engine. The only thing we are sure of is that from today, the Tintin game will start to generate money.
From the finansadvisen forum (people posed questions to the team):
-
Whats next with Lego, is it thrown in the garbage bin or do you plan to produce other place as Berlin office is closed. We found it strange to be cancelled as Germany finance part of it?
«The history of the global games market has proven many times that a great IP does not guarantee a great and profitable game. Whilst we will not continue with the game that was under development in Berlin we remain on good terms with the licensing team at LEGO and will continue to review opportunities. For further context, Skybound also has a relationship with LEGO and announced a comics initiative earlier in the summer.» -
Royalty income between 3-7m DKK, doesn’t mean much. How is this calculated.
«5PG takes a royalty income from the lifetime projected sales of the game; its actually quite difficult to project what this will be (as the existing game will likely be made available on new platforms over time), but based on current projections I came up with this range, I will update this regularly in the comings months.» -
What I see, now as there is no production of games in the company. You only plan to use it to reach out to new customers for skybound. The Royality is only to have a bottomline in the company, not to make it grow.
«No new production at 5PG but we will maintain the current back catalogue. We see significant growth opportunities ahead of us, not just in terms of having access to Skybounds games, IP and other product categories (comics, books, board games, merchandise etc) BUT we continue to look for our own publishing opportunities independent of Skybound, however we also have access to the very experienced evaluation team at Sybound to hep us support the right projects. We will soon have a stable, reliable level of base income with significant opportunities for growth.» -
If you search for the 5th planet on the Nordnet app, they will also appear on the OTC market, but the same news as on the Oslo Stock Exchange and with a price of 0.1150 dollars about 99 øre. Do you plan to go into American stock marked?
«We are currently evaluating how we can make 5PG stock more visible and accessible in the US as we believe we will be telling an increasingly exciting story in the coming months, and it’s a story that should resonate with US investors.»
- Will Before Your Eyes be made available for Apple and Android devices?
Actively under review at the moment.
- What will happen to the Tintin game? Will it still be in the games catalogue and further maintained and further developed/updated with new levels and such?
We will continue to support and maintain it, but I would need to revert back regarding new levels etc.
- How many employees are left in 5th Planet Games now?
That’s in flux as we are still in discussion with Berlin based team.
- Why no news related to The Walking Dead IP and 5th Planet Games?
Well we have already confirmed that 5PG have a co-publishing agreement for the next TWD game and we are now speaking to a number of high quality development partners about the next game; in the meantime we will be building a publishing portfolio around a large number of new and re-published titles from Skybound and looking at other opportunities directly as 5PG. We have also started to look at other publishing and distribution opportunities for a broader range of (non video games) products.
I was (still am) a bit sceptical about before your eyes.
Today a well known streamer streamed some gameplay of the game. It had +120.000 views in less than one day.
There seems to be some interest in the game…
30-2021 5th Planet Games announces a bulls eye with launch of Snakebite and Hugo Carts, both online casino games created in partnership with Play`n GO
31-2021 5th Planet Games A/S – Approval and publication of prospectus for the issue of shares to Skybound
FYI:
The OTCQB, also called “The Venture Market,” is the middle tier of the over-the-counter market for U.S. stocks. It was created in 2010 and consists mainly of early-stage and developing U.S. and international companies that are not yet able to qualify for the but are not as speculative as the lowest-tier pink sheets.
This can indicate that 5PG may expand its activities in the USA or that the 5PG listing may serve as a way to invest in Skybound. We may see a new name change in the future (Skybound video game distribution or something alike).
