Det jeg ikke skjønner er hvordan skybound fikk kjøpt seg inn i selskapet i det hele tatt for så lav pris per aksje ?

De oppretthold guidingen ved sist rapport. Prisen er helt frikoblet det selskapet selv sier de skal levere.
Skjønner. Men hvorfor fikk skybound kjøpt aksjer til litt over 60 øre per stk ?
Fordi selskapet ikke er verdt mer.
De måtte ha inn penger og skybound har kommet med en lang plan og skal kjøpe aksjer i flere trancherr til 60øre.
Men det er bonanza stemning på alle forum og det blir sagt at 2,6 er røverkjøp og den skal gå mangegangern. Det er vel ihverfall ikke aktuelt at skybound får kjøpe hele selskapet for 60 øre per aksje ?
De får kjøpe masse nye aksjer til øre i ulike transjer.
Så er det noen oppsjoner også. De får over 60% av selskapet når de har innløst alt.
Folk pumper og hauser. Er helt sinsykt mye piss som postes som ikke er relevant for 5th.
Blir spennende å se når Q2 kommer i August.

Ok, men det kan vel ikke plutselig skje at de napper hele selskapet for 60 øre per aksje så alle som kjøper til 2,6 nå sitter igjen med skjegget i postkassa ?

Evil, the company has more value than just things they say: they have cash influx from a back-catalogue, casino-games, and the two skybound projects. Before your eyes and escape academy (released this month) are good games. The company has a very low cost structure.

I follow the gaming market for quite some time: the downside risk for these type of games is low, especially with a backer with deep pockets that can cover some unexpected issues like a delay. In general these kind of games get a decent profit if marketed in a good fashion. Some of them may even turn out to be hits in the indie game genre. The real risks are in triple A land (think of Call of Duty, GTA,…) with huge budgets and where one issue can break your game. The portfolio 5PG is building looks pretty nice by now, with 4 games being launched in the upcoming months (3X skybound and one casino game).
