Stanger, buying shares for 20.000 Euro (which is a lot considering he is the CEO of a company with only a very limited amount of employees and hence his paycheck will not be in the millions), this is a good sign, especially with upcoming results of last year.

I am looking forward to see which games the company will finance in the future. I am surprised how fast they turned 5PG from a company that lost a lot of money into a company that generated profit in only a few quarter’s.

My target for this year is 5 NOK.

launch globally for PlayStation® VR2 on March 10, 2023. The game will be
available for pre-order January 26th on the PlayStation Store.

Before Your Eyes is entirely controlled through the eyes of the player. This new
edition uses the VR headset’s front-facing camera to create a one-of-a-kind
immersive story. Players will learn to control the flow of the narrative with
eye-blinking and head tracking, making this the first time that Before Your Eyes
can be played without controller inputs. By combining its innovative blink
interaction mechanic with a charming world and a fully voice-acted story

1. Proposal to authorize the board of directors to subscribe for new equity interests in Skybound Holdings LLC

Share capital and voting rights of the shareholders

The Company’s nominal share capital is DKK 10,397,974.65, divided into shares of DKK 0.05 each or multiples thereof. Each share of nominally DKK 0.05 carries one vote. Thus, the total number of votes as of the date of this notice is 207.959.493.

Attendance and casting of votes at the general meeting

A shareholder’s right to attend the general meeting and to vote on its shares is determined by the number of shares held by the shareholder at the date of registration.

The date of registration is 7th March 2023 (“Date of Registration”).

Only shareholders in the Company as at the Date of Registration have the right to attend the general meeting and vote on their shares.

The shares held by each shareholder at the Date of Registration are calculated based on the registered number of shares held by the shareholder in the Company’s register of shareholders as well as any notification of ownership received by the Company on or before the Date of Registration for the purpose of registration in the Company’s register of shareholders, but which shares as of the Date of Registration have not yet been registered in the Company’s register of shareholders.

Any sale or purchase of shares in the Company taking place after the Date of Registration and until the date of the general meeting will not affect the voting rights at the general meeting or any postal votes.

Admission Card, Proxy and Postal Voting

In order to attend the general meeting, a shareholder must request an admission card no later than 8 March 2023 at 11.59 p.m. (CET). Den børsmeldingen føltes for meg lik en viss odør som minner om emisjon. Man får aller nådigst et tilbud om å investere i selskapet (Skybound) som har mer enn halvparten av aksjene i 5PG . Men hvor finner man regnskapet til Skybound? Jaja, ikke vet jeg, men det kan jo bli, om ikke annet, interessant å følge med på hva responsen blir. Har selv vært både inne, ute, inne og ute igjen i selskapet. Var på et tidspunkt 12. største aksjonær, men det føltes litt som å satse på Lotto eller en tippekupong. Så solgte meg ut (utrolig nok med en fin fortjeneste), det er viktig å ha brukbar nattesøvn også! Men for all del. Lykke til!

This is a very small investment. 5PG has the cash available and I think the only way this is done is to promote the current investment opportunity overseas. I do not consider this an important message at all.

5PG shareholders have interest in this kind of companies and activities so they are a prime audience targeted for publicity.

It has been a little bit unnoticed, but escape academy is testing a free update that would increase the replayability of the game drastically (Escape Academy on Steam) . This would help to attract a larger audience. Seems fairly important, taking into account that escape academy is currently the second most important game in the 5PG portfolio.

I’ve been wondering where 5PGs games are played, because the Steam numbers are very small, but they have a decent income. Must be some other platform?

[sander]

I think both escape academy and before your eyes are even included in some subscription schemes on other platforms. For pc they also sell on epic games.

Moreover the sales numbers you see about steam games are a wide ranged estimation. I think escape academy is sold somewhere in between 10.000-50.000 times on steam. Which is a massive range.

Yes, I am mostly talking about current player count, in games that generate a decent revenue it’s not so low.
